La Bonne Heure (Clapham)

• I seem to be going to a lot of restaurants with character and ambience lately
• This time we did go to have a good time with our friends who were moving back to Spain
• A restaurant decorated with clocks of different shapes and sizes could either remind you of the good time you spent there
• The food ensured that our time was well spent
• My lobster was delicately spiced and millefeuille of crab
• A good way to order at La Bonne Heure if you are with friends and you like sharing desserts and starters is to order Les Formules Starter+ Mains and Mains +Dessert each
• Their house wine was actually good
• If you want a laid back evening with friends and you don't want to compromise on the quality of food
• Interesting independent French restaurant with great service and delicious dishes
• La Bonne Heure is a family run French restaurant which first established in Paris and as a result of their success and popularity they decided to open a second restaurant in London
• With clock themed decor is situated at 31 Abbeville Road
• D totally got the wrong impression as they were almost fully booked
• Just before the half 7 rush when other diners were being turned away
• Drinks we wanted were not available
• Sister's starter was late compared to the rest of us and was frozen and missing brioche and port jelly
• My mother's duck was under cooked when we asked for it to be well done
• They then had the cheek to charge for the green beans that came with my steak that of course I could not eat as had no steak with it
