• Having a good Japanese Restaurant as your local is a definitely plus point

• First impressions are that it is a down at heel but supposedly reasonably priced place

• I was not offered a replacement meal pretty sure this is standard practice
• T over ordered he said it was a reputable meal and that I was the only one that had a problem with it
• A simple apology or statement saying that offering a replacement meal is not their policy would have been fine
