Sushi Samba (City of London)

• Thought they could have done more with the decor and the wine prices were on the silly side
• I would return and I think it is a must on a gastro tour of London
• The service although a bit slow is excellent I gotta say I was very impressed
• The sake was great and although a bit expensive is worth the cost
• Please note that Sushi Samba (City of London) is a fine dinning resturant and it a little pricy than the average resturants
• The cocktails and the desserts were pretty good

• My favourites are the el toppo Salmon deepfried cheese and crispy onions it is divine
• The calamari and veg tempura is yummy to but definitely try the el toppo
• Particularly with the sushi and sashimi
• We also ordered the green bean tempura with truffle mayonnaise &ndash
• The batter was feathery light and the truffle flavour was the perfect complement
• Customer Service was just top notch

• 10 15 for a cocktail is a bit too steep so we only had one each
• I love sushi and it's probably one do the best I've tried in London
• This means you can leave your fur coats at reception and you can be glam with dresses without the tights and warmers
