  • This restaurant is a stone's throw away from the tube station at Kentish town

  • From my culinary experience I can tell you that this is undoubtedly one of the best places I have ever been to

  • We were three people n I was the only one who hadn't been there before

  • The lady who came to take our order was extremely friendly and kind

  • That way I had an option to eat chicken and I was more than happy with the arrangement

  • The food was served within half an hour to 45 minutes and I was impressed with the presentation

  • There was a huge round plate with injera (the bread which is eaten with the chicken/lamb dishes

  • Doro Goulash is a hot and spicy chicken dish and I loved it to the core

  • It is hard to find spicy food in England and so I was extremely happy to have finally found something close to Indian food

  • It was cooked with red chillies

  • Doro and Gomen is chicken cooked with spinach and it was on the milder side but it was equally good

  • The flavors were distinct and melted in your mouth

  • The spices in the chicken/lamb dishes went well with the sour injeras

  • The chicken and lamb pieces were succulent and everything was freshly cooked

  • My friend had a special liking for Yebeg We't as it was hot and spicy

  • The veg set meal had a dish with lentils and the other two were probably cooked with some other vegetables

  • The meal portions are good and you will be full by the end of your dinner

  • I felt like I had eaten double the usual amount because the food was yummy and we were ravenous by the time the food arrived

  • We ended our meal with the Ethiopian tea

  • The warm and cosy place went well with our conversation

  • The food was worth it and so we thought the price was reasonable

  • This restaurant is definitely worth a try and I would suggest you visit it once and I bet you will not be disappointed

  • I am definitely going there again because I have fallen in love with Ethiopian food and the music as well

  • People and the music is a super hit combination and you have to trust my words

  • I visited Queen of Sheba with a friend in the spirit of sampling the range of culinary delights that London has to offer

  • The restaurant itself is really sweet

  • The way the menu works is that you order various dishes which come served with a massive flat bread called Injera

  • The experience was like nothing I have ever had before and I loved that you use your hands and share everything with those who you are eating with

  • I ordered a steak tartar dish which while delicious was perhaps a tad adventurous as the next day I felt a bit worse for wear

  • Warning her that she was breaking her oath

  • 700 years on the ruthless dating tactic of serving spice food is still a winner

  • Or at least I assume it is because I ate a spicy meat selection and my girlfriend opted for a non spicy vegetarian selection

  • I had to do quite a bit of cross referencing with other sections of the menu to figure out what exactly that was but for me that&rsquo

  • M still not sure which was which but they all tasted superb

  • We asked if they could serve one of the hotter options without chillies and they were more than happy to oblige

  • Both meals are served on Injera (a yeast risen flatbread with a slightly sour taste and spongy texture) and eaten with your hands which complement the food very well

  • The portions were quite substantial

  • The wait staff is very polite and courteous

  • The experience was very gratifying

  • I was extremely disappointed with the delay in delivery which took more than hour

  • The Ethiopian cuisine promised was in not delivered

  • Everything at this restaurant was just great

  • The food was amazing and so was the service

  • The waitress was very friendly and helpful too

  • I would suggest you end your meal with the lovely Ethiopian coffee

  • It was an hour placing the order that the food was finally served

  • The chicken was clearly microwaved

  • The bill came with a more disappointing incident that cemented my decision to never see The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town) ever again

  • The prices are reasonable

  • The ambiance is especially lovely

  • The management is so helpful

  • There are some dishes that were great but then there are also those that were disappointing

  • The meat dishes were very good with well marinated and perfectly cooked meat

  • The spinach dish was bland and inedible at best

  • The service is decent and the staff is efficient

  • The place serves extremely delicious food that is mouth watering

  • The service is also great with no rushing staff

  • People who are willing to try something exotic should definitely visit The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town)

  • I went to The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town) after reading great reviews but I do not know what was wrong that day service was not at all good

  • I was kept waiting for around 40 minutes for my food and even after that they came and told us that they are out of break and I could have rice instead

  • The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town)s has great cuisines and are served with great style

  • Service is rather slow but the waiters are friendly and the best part is that it fits your budget and you can not expect more than this

  • The walls are beautifully decorated and one such beautiful accessory is the Ethiopian string instrument

  • The lentils were particularly amazing

  • We stayed till closing time on a Sunday evening and were not rushed

  • Whether it is the quality of the food or the service they provide it surely is my best experience in any Ethiopian place I have ever been

  • The only problem that I had was their food was bit oily which I do not prefer

  • The whole place is quite a distinct personality in itself

  • The environment is amazing and very cheerful

  • The whole Ethopian concept and vibe of The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town) was beyond amazing

  • Decor was ravishing and The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town) is excellent value for money

  • The atmosphere here is warm and relaxing

  • The portions here are enormous and will completely suffice your hunger

  • The first time around it was too busy and we did not have a booking

  • The sharing platter came with enough food for 3 4 people and was very filling

  • The ambiance of The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town) is warm and inviting

  • I have never once been unimpressed with the experience

  • A place where service is amicable and food delighting

  • Our server came out with our main courses and served us all individually

  • Another inviting thing about The Queen Of Sheba (Kentish Town) is a relaxing and warm atmosphere and no rushing for the payment allowing you to spend quality time

  • The salads we had as sides were good though other side dishes seems more tempting

  • One must also try their drinks as they are prepared very uniquely

  • The food was good except for a few dishes which were quite oily

  • The service was very slow for our taste

  • The service is decent but the food

  • Was a little disappointing because it was tasteless and the quality of ingredients was also not that good

  • The food here is absolutely delightful

  • We had the best steak and fish of our lives which were all seasoned beautifully

  • The sharing platters were the highlight

  • Some dishes were spicy and some not

  • The best kind of food which they serve is on the last two page of the menu unless and until you would like to order something unusual

  • Its a very good place to spend time with soothing environment and served with good food

  • The way they serve the food is very unusual and a good experience

  • The food here is delicious and absolutely delectable

  • The food was mildly spiced but was very flavorful

  • The service is accommodating but we went in a group on a busy evening and felt rushed

  • The decor is distinctly Ethiopian with wooden carvings and ornaments adjourning the walls and there's no doubt the food is also a little different

  • Dominating proceedings is the Ethiopian

  • It's lovely spongey texture is perfect for mopping up the other dishes which also come served atop of injera lined trays

  • We (Sarah M ) started with some fried chilli injera which was lovely with a sour and bitter taste

  • Mains we had a vegetarian selection with three dishes

  • One bean and one potato which were all very tasty

  • We were left well and truly stuffed which was a good thing given it was slightly on the expensive side

  • It should be noted that every single fucking Ethiopian restaurant on this earth is called the Queen of Sheba

  • The atmosphere is perfect for a cosy (albeit
