The Piemaker (Old Town)

• Situated in the scenic old town this is a traditional Scottish pie maker
• Very popular with the residents and tourist
• It's a small outlet with modest near the window seating
• First we had the haggis turnip and baked patato pie which was awesome and filling too
• The second time around we tried traditional Scottish pie which was well baked and tasted just right
• Though the spices are a bit low for my inidan taste buds but still I loved the taste and the glory of the nicely baked pies will try again once more
• The double potato is well worth a taste
• A small shop serving the best and fresh pies in Edinburgh
• The filling was creamy with a traditional macaroni cheese flavour and the pastry was deliciously thin and buttery while maintaining its shape
• It was amazing and rivalled the mac with its flavorful spices and smooth potato mash top
