Tao Tao Ju (Chinatown)

• The dim sum dishes came first char sui bun and xiao long bao were standard and tasted pretty good
• The ho fun (rice noodle) with scrambled egg had a bit of everything in it chicken
• We also got the a plate of Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan) with garlic (you have to order some vege in a Chinese restaurant) and this turned out to be one of my favourite dish of the night
• I also really felt like peking duck for ages so was happy to finally get some
• I was a bit confused about the difference between peking duck and crispy aromatic duck both on their menu when I was checking it out when picking the restaurant
• Turned out it is an UK thing (popular in UK) and the latter duck is finished with a deep frying step hence the crispiness
• They don't do desserts but gave us a plate of fortune cookies which was entertaining as we added "
• A pretty good meal and service was good (for a Chinese restaurant)
• Booking online was easy and (probably given their busy night) they phoned me on the day to confirm our booking
