Tajima Tei (Farringdon) is truly a hidden gem the food is DELICIOUS
Very authentic atmosphere (both times I've been it was filled with groups of Japanese businessmen) and the food is superb
This is by far the best place I've ever been
I had a bento box and udon noodles with tempura and both were superb
Family run Japanese restaurant is a hidden gem
The menu is relatively classic with the exception of a few funkier rolls
One is the house roll (pictured) which includes a variety of fish and is cut quite large
The real stand out was the horse mackerel sashimi (pictured)
I would recommend Tajima Tei (Farringdon) to anyone who is near the area and wants a high quality no frills Japanese meal
