• The meal was delivered about an hour later but our one portion of pilau rice was not in the delivery bag
• We immediately called the delivery man but he was really rude
• Asked us to contact the restaurant as it is not his business
• We then immediately called the restaurant and they were not even apologetic and kept insisting that the pilau rice should have been in the bag
• We had emptied out the bag and there was no pilau rice in it
• The restaurant manager was quite rude and kept saying that his kitchen had placed the pilau rice in the delivery bag
• I informed him that this was not the case as the pilau rice was not in the delivery bag and there was certainly no reason for us
• When the pilau rice was still not delivered after 30 minutes
• He was shouting at us and was completely unapologetic
• We complained that this is unprofessional and he cannot charge customers for food that was not delivered at all
• We understand that it is just £
• 2.75 but this is not how a restaurant should treat its customers
