Pan Chai - Harrods (Knightsbridge)

• It's not a hugely exciting time for Andy and I at the moment as exams are on the horizon
• Vibrant dishes that were created by Executive Head Chef Ian Pengelley
• How would your significant other respond if you told them you were headed to Harrods after work on Friday
• Who knew there was a lovely little Japanese restaurant hiding inside Harrods
• I certainly didn't until I was invited to go and check out Pan Chai recently
• I thought it was going to be a restaurant "
• You sit right up at the counter and watch the chefs slice and dice the fish with such great precision
• I took Hana with me to try some of the dishes I've mentioned Hana before as she's one of A Little Lusciousness team for cooking events and pop ups
• So started off with some of the Pan Chai signature sushi rolls the Black Dragon roll
• The rolls were perfectly made with just the right amount of filling
• Im not saying its bad at all but is just just its
• S comparable to having the best seats in a theatre
• The ingredients laid out in front are more than than mere props
• It would be a ritual I had with my mom &ndash
• When I would be swamped with school and extracurriculars and she was busy with work
• I didn't expect that i will have the best sushi experience of my life during my holiday here in the UK
• The duck salad with watermelon is awesome too
• Seared scallops topped with caviar and spring onions
• I thought the ingredients used were not particular interesting the snow crab was chopped so small you're not even sure if those are snow crab or not
• I love the food court in Harrods and this is my favorite quick asian meal
• The food is 5+ the sitting is a bit uncomfortable but its totally worth it
