Old Town 97 (Chinatown)

• Old Town 97 (Chinatown) is my personal favourite when it comes to oriental food
• The dishes that I regularly order are the Malaysian style fried rice
• The best part about Old Town 97 (Chinatown) is that it's open till late so if you are craving late night
• I have visited Old Town numerous times and each time their food is very consistent
• It has a very good menu with some interesting

• I received my order on time and i discovered that this item was just 1 PIECE OF PRESERVED EGG for £
• The lady who answered the phone answer in cantonese and was welcoming at first
• As my question about whether if the order was a mistake was presented she turned overly defensive
• The so called thank you wasn't pleased us coz it was without any eye contact &
• They have 2 floors and the sitting arrangement is just fine but what I was impressed with was their service
• They were so fast like one minute i ordered food and looked down to check my phone and bang there he was with my food all over the table
• I wasn't happy sitting at the corridor and asked to sit at the window corner instead as there was 3 tables available
• They said no as it was for 4 people only
• As a Small woman I was shocked by his reaction and couldn't believe this level of customer service
• I was feeling threatened that something worse was gonna happen as obviously I confronted him asking "
• I have been here around 5 times with different people and was never served properly
• The waiter was visibly angry
• The best part is select your food carefully
• Chicken hot and Sour soup was simply disgusting
• The chicken had a very bad smell in Chicken gravy with green onions
• Only the fried chicken noodles was something I felt could be eaten
