Really good to go with friends and have a lot of fun
-
Firstly the place is really nice
-
Quit posh but there is a lot of space and the staff is kind
-
The cocktails are good and the prices are OK
-
I must say unless you have a steak in this restaurant everything else is overpriced and not as tasty as if I was to make it at home
-
Hoxton Grill is a part of the Hoxton Hotel which is where I was put up a few months back when I was in London for work
-
The couches are really big and comfortable and seems like Hoxton Grill (Shoreditch) is quite popular amongst the London Yuppies as its never empty and always buzzing
-
I opted for a cheese burger (yeah safe but always a winner) which was absolutely delicious and HUGE
-
The burger came along with fries and salad as usual
-
I have to say something about the fries here because I am a very fussy fry eater but the chefs at Hoxton just nailed it it was not too thin
-
The drinks were reasonably priced too
-
4.50 for a Corona is not bad at all I say
-
The waiters were rather friendly and sweet
-
He even remembered me the next day when I went to collect my bags and addressed me with my name (I was really touched because my name is not the easiest in the world)
-
Visited the Horton grill on a really horrible wet evening but when we got there it was a really nice place to go into very stylish and a nice busy atmosphere
-
We had a really nice meal and liked all the extra touches like photos in the corridor and the fact that it is also a hotel
-
The best item was the Cajun Shrimp
-
The Nachos were an affront to Nachos everywhere
-
You are up to a celebration with good food and drinks
-
As the Hoxton Grill is designed for such an occasion
-
Cajun shrimp is usually flattered and it is worth the buzz
-
Humus and lamb sliders will compete with the chargrill in such a rivalry
-
It might be quite crowded as the place goes around getting more popular go there when you are into socializing on a Friday night
-
The restaurant is massive and always busy with a nice hustle and is very cheerful
-
Hoxton Grill is where you go for a casual medium budget lunch on a random day where you just feel like going out
-
Burgers and steaks were available for between £
-
The only thing that was a little pricey a shot of Jagermeister (no Red Bull) for £
-
Very nice lounge in winter with small fireplace
-
Workspace and big sofa BUT teas and other hot drinks is just not their strength
-
Not fully on board with the swanky Shoreditch hotel vibe but as a restaurant Hoxton Grill (Shoreditch) is a banger
-
Too huge slices of bacon that are practically gammon
-
A great place to go with friends not so much with a date (only because it's so loud it will eventually become too awkward to say "
-
Busy atmosphere (which is both a good and bad thing)
-
What really caught my eye was the bacon Mac n cheese but unfortunately couldn't order that
-
So when it was suggested as a probable dinner destination for an impromptu catch up with peeps from my previous workplace
-
Corn fritters at Hoxton Grill We started off with a platter of calamari rings
-
Very happy with the friendly and attentive service
-
The starters of chicken wings and shrimp are amazing (nachos are good too)
-
Was impressed at the flavour that was packed into it
-
Hoxton Grill is the perfect place to spend an evening with friends
-
This was served on a brioche bun with a spicy sauce and was jam packed with both avo and cheese
-
The friends I was with sampled the mac and cheese (creamy and delicious) to the bacon and blue cheese burger (tasty but filling)
-
While I probably wouldn't go that far (my brownie standards are exceptionally high) it was a solid 8/10 brownie
-
Others tried the smores which looked sensational and the lime brulee which was tangy and creamy all at the same time
-
Hoxton Grill is such a nice place to hang out with friends and eat delicious food that won't cost a fortune
-
It is trendy HQ and night after night is a pumping party with seemingly only beautiful people in attendance dressed far better than I could ever hope
-
Hoxton Grill is the resident kitchen of the hotel serving up an American brasserie inspired menu of home comforts which always go down well
-
Today's order of a bacon sandwich and pancakes with berry compote &
-
Whipped cream was straightforward but by no means were expectations lower it was Saturday breakfast after all and I fully intended on getting the weekend going on the right foot
-
Packed to the rim with a pig's worth of bacon and served between two thick slices of granary brown bread
-
The classic spirits licked into shape with a sugar cubes doused in angostura bitters for example
-
Or gussied up with sweet maraschino liqueurs
-
Recreating the drink at home is often easier said than done
-
So this is the spot for a quiet drink with friends or loved ones
-
The bedrooms are interesting too
-
O and bacon mac n cheese was ultra creamilicious however was basically like eating melted cheese and cream with a tad of macaroni
-
The people are also very interesting and friendly there
