The Golden Hind (Marylebone)

• The Restaurant is in Marylebone area in a quiet neighbourhood
• Don't get let down by the decor the fish is really great
• Nearest station is baker street near Madam Tussaud
• The funny thing is it is never owned by any Brit as mentioned in the list of owners posted in wall
• We went to this little place the other day and had our full of delectable cod and chips for four and it was extremely cheap
• If you are a fish fan then you must give The Golden Hind (Marylebone) a visit because it is indeed very great place
• The quality of the food was great and the staff was also very friendly
• The fish and chips here are quite decent
• I always feel the fish isn't very fresh and is usually frozen
• Tried having this almost everywhere in London and was mostly always disappointed
• The Golden Hind (Marylebone) however is a real find for the taste and good value for money
• So its better to come here with a reservation

• The place itself looks simple and kinda oldish but decor is not what you are there
• He fired all the staff and replaced them with cheap young staff from France (who never EVER smile)

• Is now half empty and I CANNOT recommend anyone go there it is no longer special
• We tasted the traditional fish and chips in one of the best restaurants in the area

• The staffs are friendly and the place ambience is decorated more like a family living room
• The golden hind is a pure sea food restaurant
• Their main sell is fish and prawns
• Trust me on this it's the best place to have sea food in the whole of London
