Briciole (Marylebone)

• It's a great local Italian restaurant if you live in the area the type of place you go to with family or close friends
• The service is warm and friendly and the food has a sincere
• We always tend to start out sharing small plates of delicious creamy Burrata with tiny cherry tomatoes doused in olive oil
• Or luscious sliced melons draped with Prosciutto
• Of course there is the pasta &ndash
• Ve tried their gnocchi with bits of pork belly and peas and their Tagliolini simply cooked with asparagus and pecorino cheese
• Another favourite is the Ravioli with ricotta and herbs &ndash
• T a fan of was the Tagliatelle with Lamb ragu which I didn&rsquo
• My friend still waxes lyrically about a veal ravioli made with pumpkin cream that was the specials on one night
• The rest of the menu is quite varied and extensive
• I believe their other desserts are far more superior like the white chocolate cake with lemon zest and vanilla sauce and the vanilla panna cotta served with chocolate sauce
• Coffee mousse with espresso nibs and crushed meringue bits
• The wine list was almost entirely Italian
• Walnut and goat cheese was fairly basic but had decent balance of the salad elements (12/20)
• 12) with red prawns and cherry tomatoes was the dish of the night
• The ice cream with good texture and enough nutty flavour (13/20)
• You completely forget where you are in london when entering
• I've therefore gone through life with the belief that an empty restaurant is to be avoided
• It was recommended to me by a handful of people so I was pleased when I rang this morning to hear they had space for my group of four that day
• Which the selection is very plentiful
• Three of us ordered tagliatelle with lamb ragout and artichoke
• It felt silly to get three of the same yet none of us were selfless enough to change our order just for variety's sake
• I was extremely satisfied with my main course
• The mackerel was also very good
• The food and service are both superb
• The food here is simple Italian cuisine
• All the ingredients used are very fresh
