Brasserie Blanc (City of London)

• My collegues and I found ourselves in a bind since the pubs were packed and we were starved
• The service was prompt and our waiter was wonderful
• Everyone ordered different things and though the menu is a fairly small one
• I found myself at a cross since they have an award winning burger as well as a duck leg dish and a squid with chorizo platter
• I found myself ordering a red wine with the burger
• Even the chips were near perfection
• My meal came with a roasted tomatoe sauce that tasted a little too oily for the food but still pretty tasteful
• I had a coffee and the four of us split what was perhaps the most delicious chocolate souffle I've had
• I greatly enjoyed coming here and will be recommending it to my friends since they provided me with a much needed fresh of breath air after a long week at work
• I have to say I was taken by surprise
• What made me happier was that a lunch with colleagues was consistent in quality across our dishes
• Everything was exciting and somehow not overbearing
• I spotted Brasserie Blanc (City of London) as I was looking for a quick breakfast and saw that they had a deal on for £
• As I've never been before I thought I'd give it a try and was pleasantly surprised
• The decor of the restaurant gave it a really nice atmosphere and the service was always fantastic
• Since it was a business lunch it was a well timed service and I could have an excellent 2 course meal well under one hour
