  • Including probably one of the best french toasts in town

  • Sandwiches are made with fresh crusty baguettes

  • Cakes and scones are varied and freshly baked

  • Smoothies and juices are of exciting flavors as well

  • Really quick service I had the eggs Benedict with smoked haddock which was gorgeous and my friend had avocado and tomatoes on toast both good portions and really tasty

  • Had a good visit left with a cappuccino and my friend had a green machine

  • 26 thought that was reasonable

  • Great modern decor with lots of light and wooden furniture

  • Best thing about Urban Angel is that the brunch is served until 5pm so no matter how long you sleep you can still get a lovely brunch

  • If you are in the mood for being healthy try the raw chocolate smoothie or if you are after something a bit more tasty try eggs Benedict and smoke salmon

  • Lunch they have lots of very healthy options but my favourite is the burger with the mushrooms and handmade chips

  • Everything is priced very reasonably and the staff always leave you as long as you need so it&rsquo

  • Perhaps this is what British Food should be in the present day

  • I've been in with a range of different people who are difficult to feed in a variety of ways and yet there's always been something tasty and filling to suit all palates

  • I tend to have the French toast with bacon and maple syrup

  • Urban angel always does a great menu with some unusual twists

  • If you're after great food this is a brilliant place to drop into however

  • The food at Urban Angel is really good and their coffee

  • This is such a shame as the food is worth checking out

  • Urban Angel is a really good place

  • The friendly folks are trying their best

  • I'd been here a couple of times before for breakfast which had been fine but when I went for tea and cake recently I was dissapointed

  • The carrot cake was very dry and the person sat at the table next to me complained to the waiter that her's tasted salty

  • Food is excellent with a great balance between healthy

  • Their lunch offerings left me disappointed with their poor value for money

  • While producer led organic produce is understandably pricier

  • All day brunch and I especially recommend the avocado toast with portobello mushrooms

  • The only thing i would like to see more of is a variety on the menu

  • On entering into the restaurant all you see is a counter and a window seat

  • The French Toast with bacon and syrup

  • Our waiter was very friendly

  • Helpful and had a wee bit of cheeky banter which is always welcome

  • No large puddle left on the table with only half of it in your teacup

  • S time to spend with friends and family

  • On Saturday I met up with a good friend of mine at Urban Angel

  • Urban Angel is right up my street when it comes to cuisine

  • Their wide variety of healthy meals combined with their all day brunch menu instantly caught my attention

  • I opted for the avocado and ricotta on grilled granary with lime mint and broad beans

  • Butternut squash and beetroot salad and fish with leek and ginger rice were among the other meals ordered at my table

  • The desserts were equally delicious

  • The waitresses were really personable and pleasant and the food didn't take too long to be served

  • The prices are quite high but entirely justified by the taste and quality of the food

  • Great menu with loads to chose from

  • Unfortunately food was a little bland for my taste

  • I ordered grilled granary with avocado and ricotta spread and rainbow's trout with kale

  • I ate the avocados on toast and tried a super delicious juice of the day with cucumber and Kale and whatnot

  • After an early morning flight we were in need of a good coffee and a hearty breakfast and Urban Angel (New Town) gave us both of those

  • The coffee was lovely and had very pleasant flavour that went down very well

  • The Harissa beans on toast came with a perfectly poached egg and had great flavour from the herbs and spices used

  • The bread was also toasted well enough it was still toasted but so it was still easy enough to cut

  • The porridge was everything you would hope from a porridge being nicely flavoured by the nuts

  • Berries and honey that were added as toppings

  • As well as being warming (which was much needed on this cold and wet morning) and the oats themselves still had some integrity so it wasn't like eating complete mush

  • While the staff were very friendly

  • Was not a problem for us because we ourselves were in no hurry but at times it came across slightly as if you had been forgotten

  • I came to Urban Angel on an empty stomach and was hoping not to be disappointed by the food

  • The service was a little slow and our order got messed up the first time but the waitress was quite friendly and helpful with identifying the different dishes and with dish recommendation

  • The French Toast wasn't the best but the Egg Benedict with spinach was especially yummy

  • My fresh juice and coffee were delightful

  • The service was warm and friendly

  • It does get busy but I was fortunate enough to snag a table

  • The portions are pretty big as well

  • The tables are very limited you may need to wait to be served

  • The granola is off the charts good
