Tigerlily was a welcome change from the cold and wet outdoors and provided us with the solution to our starvation
-
The starters were both very good and whilst the Caesar salad lived up to my expectations of being quite bland it did not satisfy my dining partner
-
You head round the corner on to George St and decide that Tiger Lily is definitely worth a go
-
Getting a table was a little more protracted than necessary
-
Even while the restaurant is barely a third full
-
Teched up as though you are entering through the front door at the Bellagio rather than partaking of a £
-
Cultery and vacancy are my basic criteria defining 'prepared' but indeed
-
Tiger Lily has presented me with a gilt edged opportunity
-
The chips were nice enough but came with a nondescript basil mayo that had drawn me to buy extra
-
The saving grace of this experience was the LOVELY waitress who seemed to be working in the wrong restaurant
-
I wouldn't enter with high expectations at all
-
The service here is great though
-
The music and atmosphere is really lovely
-
Unbelievably there were only two tables occupied on Wednesday
-
14.95 if you are a member or if you have room for 3 courses £
-
We decided upon Confit of Pork with candied apples and Sea Bass with Fennel and Champagne Sauce
-
The champagne sauce was made with a delicate
-
In my opinion the best desert of the festival although Mr EF was less sure about the ice cream
-
Linzertorte made with plums rather than jam and szechuan pepper ice cream
-
Is not to choose this option if you are in a hurry
-
You're seated at high light coloured wood tables with a beautiful lily in a vase and a lamp to keep the lighting at a reasonable level
-
The waiting staff were very courteous and attentive and didn't pressure us into ordering food with our drinks
-
Customers who were only ordering drinks
-
The ambience is colourfully decorated though the noise is a bit loud generally
-
The service was decent and the staff was friendly
-
Service is cold and while there is nothing wrong with the food
-
We went here for my 16th Birthday meal and it really was a first time experience
-
Restaurant and Hotel) is amazing first class luxury
-
We could not fault anything the seating areas are so quirky and different from one another
-
The lighting is fitting and the over all decor is just Lush
-
Friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble and the customers really are their main concern fast service with a smile
-
The Hanging chicken skewer with peanut sauce was so yummy and tender the peanut sauce
-
All three of us couldn't stop umming and ahhing about how lovely the food was and none of us could find any fault in anything we had ordered
-
Dessert was divine and there was so much that we fancied that we got three desserts to share between us
-
Highly recommended is the Chocolate Brownie Gooey and Fudgy on in the inside and crispy on the out
-
Super Chocolaty with the Vanilla Ice Cream balancing out
-
The Raspberry Yogurt Cheesecake was super tasty too although rather sweet with a scoop of Cheesecake Ice cream
-
We enjoyed ourselves so much and got a proper experience of fine dining with Tiger Lily none of us wanted to leave
-
Tiger Lily is well worth the money and comes highly recommended on my behalf for a fabulous evening dining experience
-
Gorgeous bar in a hotel on George street with Asian fusian food
-
So quite a big group but our experience was a big disappointment
-
The service was extremely slow and our food took over an hour to come
-
This was surprising as it was a Tuesday night
-
I had a couple of margaritas which I liked but there was a lack of consistency (the first one was much better than the second)
-
The ambience is really nice
-
As the lighting is dim and has a very intimate feel
-
Co for being a New Town style palace with zero substance
-
The same aesthetic is at work and the space is smart
