Zayna (Marble Arch)

• I went here recently to celebrate a colleagues birthday and left slightly disappointed with the food and with a hole in my pocket
• Zanya has plenty of competition nearby with the excellent La Porte des Indes only a stones throw away but it doesn't match up
• Whilst on the whole good could definitely be improved at one point I ordered a bottle of Malbec and was brought a Merlot instead
• Despite pointing this out nothing was done about it
• We ordered a variety of dishes most of which were simply okay
• The strangest was the Kastoori chicken starter
• The best dish is the Ishtu lamb
• If you are outside the door and simply desperate for a curry then I would say go for it but proceed with caution and ensure there's plenty in your wallet
• We went to this restaurant after much recommendations and we were very happy with our experience
• The atmosphere at the restaurant is both lively and fun
• The service at Zayna (Marble Arch) is quite slow
• The waiter was really engrossed in his conversations
• The spiced prawns are a must have here
• The wine selection is also quite extensive
• Whenever we are in the city
• The ambiance was lively and relaxed as usual
• The food here is absolutely delectable
• The atmosphere is wonderful and all the people in my party enjoyed their time here a lot
• The portion size are quite good and the flavors in beautiful harmony
• I was here last night with my friend and I had a terrible experience there
• I was actually very disappointed with their services
• I would recommend this restaurant for the food but the service is exceptionally poor
• The staff is all really nice and amiable and they are very well versed with their menus
• They always stress on the fact that the spices put in our food are all ground fresh and recent
• I have been here quite a few times and have been impressed with their food every time
• We arrived here at the time of our reservation but were still not seated
• The restaurant was almost full but glad we got seated immediately
• The selections were limited and we asked for a customized dish
• I visited Zayna (Marble Arch) with a few of my friends as it was my premier visit to this restaurant
• The food was extremely delicious and was full of unique flavours
• I do not think this is the best place in the city
• Zayna (Marble Arch) is pretty popular and i had decided to drop in after reading quite a lot about it
• My expectations were let down by the food here
• My order of Lahori chane were tasteless and not appetizing at all
• Other dishes were good enough
• The service here though is very professional and up to the standards
• The main hall that is located on the street level has a very quirky and eclectic decor
• The sofas are mismatched and huge and there are huge gilded mirrors all around
• Zayna (Marble Arch) is a real find and a rockstar place in this part of the country where there ain't many good eateries
• Zayna (Marble Arch) is tucked behind a hotel and is hidden from the mains
• Another important advantage is that the restrooms are just very incredible
• The service too was very efficient and great
• I would say the taste was simply amazing
• I decided to visit Zayna (Marble Arch) a couple of days ago and understood why he was so fascinated about the place
• The dishes I ordered tasted delicious and the staff was quite friendly too
• The Pakistani food is quite nice here
• Vegetables and ingredients that they offer is just incredible
• Adding chilli sauce and covering it with garlic they have the most delicious flavors to dive into
• The food is excellent and is cooked to perfection
• The service is pretty quick and efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly

• Unfortunately I saw the good reviews on this website and decided to give it a go with a group of 10 friends
• We ended up arriving on the day and didn't receive our food until 1 hour after our scheduled arrival and the whole time the manager was extremely rude
• Just two minutes walk from our hotel made us go to the restaurant we were completely tired travelling the whole day
• Paneer (as mostly outside India ) was hard but very well cooked
• The daal and sabji wete excellant and believe me they were extra oil free
• The only marks cut are because being Indians we are used to eating onions along with food and they were charged exorbitant
• Shan is the best keep it up
• We were craving for some desi food and were happy to know that Zayna was conveniently located just behind our hotel
• The first thing we noticed about the restaurant was the attitude of staff which was not courteous at all
• Bati gosht was good but daal makhani was not up to the mark
• Kuchumber salad and lahore machhi were really nice though
• Will definitely visit again once we are back in town
• Every dish is atleast 3 5 pounds expensive
• ( i don't know how that makes sense and we were experiencing this for the first time in london)
• So basically we were forced to order 2 main course dishes
• Both of these dishes were bland and literally had no taste
