Yming (Soho)

• Set back from Chinatown on the corner of Greek and Romilly streets it is without the usual decorations and accoutrements associated with the trade
• The ambiance is a bit like an upmarket family restaurant
• You can sit down and relax with a glass of wine here in the center of Soho without feeling rushed to finish
• The wine list is as important as the food at Yming
• Main courses are reasonably priced for the West End
• Overall the food was tasty and very filling none of us had room for dessert
• The service was very friendly and attentive
• The selection of food was good though
• A veggie soup that is so delicious
• To be followed by dumpling that is not heavy (as it is in most places)
• The restaurant is cosy and the staff very friendly
• YMing is on the edge of Chinatown so it was left people traffic on the street which was a welcome change
