Venue 5 (Ruislip)

• The First Impression is not always the last
• Finally one of them managed to conjure it but unfortunately it was dirty with wine stains on the bottom of the glass which was for me a big turn off
• We started with their Rasila mango
• The mojito was served in a jar looking glass which was new and fun
• The portion size was good and not too much that you cant dare to eat mains after that
• The butter paaner was creamy and was not entirely made of tomatoes like some which i have eaten
• My friends ordered Soya methi which i thought was weird combination but tasted good
• The tandoori roti was soft and not like cold and hard you find in some of the restaurants
• I was a bit disappointed with their chicken fried rice because the rest of the food tasted very good
• Overall we had a good birthday celebration and all of us were very happy with the evening
• Other than the incident with the glass which is the only reason i am marking it as great and not love it
• Its a good place to dine with your friends and family
• This brought me a lot of embarassment as guests were not allocated seats
• They do have a friendly atmosphere and their restaurant is best suited to large parties
• Either there was lot of food on some tables or some of them were with no food
• Then when asked to serve one portion of desert early as one of my friends was leaving early as their kid was sick
• The manager was so rude and said to me that the guests didnt want deserts
• There managerment was so poor and one of the managers was particularly very rude
• We paid so much for the food and the taste was good but the whole service was very dis appointing
• Food prices were on the higher side
• Good portions of food in mains but starters were less in portions
• Visited Venue 5 with my family friends
• Oh actually there is one thing that sets apart venue 5 from other places
• No way are you coming out of there with any spare change left in your pocket
• It didn't look like it was freshly made
• The mixed non veg platter was particularly bad
• Snake charmer it was a lovely night out which we all enjoy big thank to your hard working staff a credit to your company 10 out of 10
• My favourites are tandoori chicken
• The veg main course is very good and authentic in taste
• T deliver my food as they were busy and that I should call back the next day to sort the matter out
• If I was aware this is how Venue5 treated their customers
