• We ate at the soft launch where service was already pretty slick
• Great views but the windows are not so large
• Large groups are accommodated in the centre of the room
• Three orders of egg with trompette mushroom (2 of us had the optional truffle) and autumnal vegetables
• We didn't taste the scallops because it was a tiny portion
• The other starters the autumnal vegetables was the winning course
• Subtle roasted and fried vegetables with a Japanese broth added while serving
• My egg with mushroom sauce and shaved truffle was quite tasty too
• We finished with two shared desserts
• The pine flavored ice cream that accompanied it was magnificent on its own but didn't work that well with the chocolate mousse
• The other dessert was a play on Som Tam
• While the starters were pretty average
• Both the main courses were truly fantastic
• Without a question they were Michelin standard for me
