Trattoria Verdi (Bloomsbury)

• Trattoria Verdi is a little family run Italian Restaurant around the Russel Square area
• It is served with love and that is what makes Trattoria Verdi (Bloomsbury) so special for us
• Trattoria Verdi always welcomed our tired feet with open arms and fed us well
• We now return here whenever we are in the area
• Out favourites are the mussels in garlic butter
• The Pollo Farcito which is like chicken a la kiev but with mozarella cheese
• The crowning glory to all their food is the fresh dessert trolley that is wheeled in at the end
• The tiramisu if available is superlative
• High ceilings with wooden beams
• The friend ordered a risotto which was cooked to perfection
• I wouldn't necessarily revisit given London's wide choice in Italian but do drop in if you are in the area
