Taste of Lahore (Hounslow)

• So I haven't eaten since morning and was looking forward to eating
• The time I was writing this it was 31 degrees hot summer weather and I did not eat or drink from morning now u can imagine walking for 30 mins to get to restaurant and walking home 30 mins
• This restaurant is not the best out there in terms of taste but it'll definitely not burn your pocket
• Typical kebab RTL but with a rich paratha
• The grilled food is best in this restaurant
• I have visited this restaurant on Saturday night with lots of expectation along with friends
• None of us happy with taste of food nor service
• Taste of Lahore is truely a gem in Honslow when it comes to desi food in Britain
• I would recomen try their flameable chicken which is cooked in oven truely delicous nicely marinated and can be cooked as per your preference
• Mutton karahi as everything from gravy will taste the same as the base is not freshly prepared but used same base for all the gravy
• Lamb tikka is also one of the main attraction
• Budget oriented and good ambience are the plus point
• Overall it was a great experience
• The falafel and the chana are put on the naan
• Comes topped with salad and pickled green Chili
• Picked up some awesome food from Taste of Lahore and it is really awesome
• In fact the person taking orders was really nice and kind hearted
• Fried Mogo that is served with cumin salt to dip the mogo chips in and Lamb Karela
• One of the best place to have Indian food in Hounslow Central
• All in all it's a must have place if you are planning to have Indian food in Hounslow
• Their veg items are delicious as well like the chole
• The mix grill is quite dry though
• The worst part of this restaurant is the form of payment/bill at the end of your meal
• This is very embarrassing when you are with your family or friends
• They always say that the payment card swipe machine is not working
• I spoke to the manager on several occasions and he was happy that he was saving a measly 2% on every meal by not offering to customers the card payment option and saving himself 2%
• He was also boasting that he was now making money for the use of the ATM outside by telling customers to go out in the freezing rain and cold to pay for their meals
• Taste of Lahore (Hounslow) is like my favorite restaurant of all time
• I went into this restaurant with a friend and my life has changed into Chicken tikka masala and Roti love affair
