Taj Grill (Ilford)

• From outside it looked decent but through the window there was a typical takeaway sign so couldn't make out what tupe of place it was
• Anyway we thought that while it was a grill place it would be logical to try the mix grill
• Meat tikka was dark in colour as if it was warmed in the microwave and dried out
• Other members of the family were not convinced and just did not enjoy the meal
• Final nail in the coffin was yoghurt sauce in a glads bottle
• Don't know how long it was out on the table
• Even the vinegar based chilli was in the bottle which is ok
• Standard menu with very very average food
• Oh yes their korai dishes are amazing as well
