Selale Restaurant (Harringay)

• One of my favourite Turkish Restaurants in Green Lanes and there are loads of good ones to choose from
• Breads and dips that come with them are great
• The service has always been spot on and the prices charged are in a fairly competitive range
• The service was no better and was horrible to say the least
• To make it better was the amazing price I paid for all of it
• The rest of the dishes to go with it were as good
• We ordered the Selale special which was supposed to be enough for 4 people but was enough for 6
• The table was cleared and boiling hot Turkish tea with sweets was served
• Selale Restaurant (Harringay) also offers ample seating space and you will easily get a table if you are planning to visit this one
• The staff has always been amiable and the service is also a pretty standard one
• The portions are quite generous and they also offer some freebies
• There are few dishes which are quite expensive
• They serves some beautiful and appetizing Turkish dishes and portions as well are quite generous
• We went for their house special that is enough for five people
• They give you a basket of complimentary breads and also free tea and a dessert once you are finished with your meal
• Selale Restaurant (Harringay) is usually very busy
• I am glad I was able to try it out
• We tried the meat meze it tasted wonderful and was perfect for two people
• My main entree was the lamb ribs which were juicy and tasted perfect
• It would be that the place felt slightly overstaffed so much that a lot of the waiters were standing idly
• The staff was polite and the service was unbelievably quick
• We all had char grilled meat and salad both of which were very well prepared and presented
• Selale Restaurant (Harringay) is consistent
• With nice semi outdoor eating areas and the staff is so attentive and welcoming
• This restaurant is one the top my list of places to recommend
• The service here is absolutely attentive and efficient and the food incredibly awesome
• The value for money too is pretty high
• The entire meal was quite authentic and had all the flavours evenly spread out and the meal was a delicious one
• The place offers authentic Turkish food and is one of the best places in town for Turkish food
• Selale Restaurant (Harringay) was recommended by a friend and after the first visit I have become a fan of Selale Restaurant (Harringay) as well as the cuisine

• I decided to visit Selale Restaurant (Harringay) with some friends a couple of weeks back
• The Hummus was absolutely delicious and the salad was great too
• The place is clean and the environment is pretty lively
• The setting is not the most stunning
• The main course was served with a salad with pomegranate dressing
• To stand out in a location which is flooded with a score of Turkish restaurants
• I am absolutely in love with the place and can hardly find any fault
• The interiors are in tune with the Turkish feel and the little details of 'eye' like traditional items
• The value for money is also pretty amazing with the heavenly food on offer which are high in flavor and are innovative too
• The portion size is more than substantial and i have never left the place hungry

• The place is usually bustling with locals which is a good signs and the true barometer of a good place

• The major attraction to Selale Restaurant (Harringay) would definitely have to be the awesome prices which are very appropriate and pocket friendly too
• The quality was super refreshing and heavenly
• All of which were delightful and came in substantial portions
• The staff won us over with their complimentary semolina cake which fulfilled a sweet lover's fantasy
• Selale Restaurant (Harringay) is really close to where I live and serves some nice food
• Plus the mezze and salads you get as freebies including the turkish tea and flatbreads are a nice touch
• The service was absolutely superb
• Would highly recommend the House Special for larger groups as we ordered one and it was more than enough for our whole group
• 5 Meze starters came it with it as well which was a great start to the meal
• The reason why I gave it 2.0 is that the service is good
• You can taste the difference here and this is what sets it apart from others
• Service is very good and the dessert that comes with the check is great
• I got food poisoning from Selale Restaurant (Harringay) and stuff treated me badly as if I'm a tramp or begger or something and the meat quality is no good of their doner
• Just avoid this joint as there are much better ones on the same road
