Sandflames (Acton)

• I had the chicken steak and it was absolutely delicious
• Coal was changed regularly and Someone was over to make sure it was smoking smoothly
• Sandflames (Acton) is terrible it's one of the worst I have been to
• They sat us at a dirty table with used chewing gum and shisha pipe that wasn't removed for 10minutes
• Half the menu was sold out or not available
• The service was so bad no one knew any of the menu plus during taking our order the server left twice to talk to other members which ment our order came out wrong
• What kind of training do you provide and how is this so bad
• Tasteless and was drowned in sauce to hide every flaw
• Whos idea was it to still open like this with no alternative in place
• This is what all your staff are doing instead of looking after guest
• Sisha venue with a a number of TV screens and a DJ
• Tropical flames but this was a very sweet and artificial in taste
• Chicken Wings Really nice not that spicy but chicken was just falling off the bone really worth a try
