San Carlo Cicchetti (Mayfair)

• Very high quality staff that are constantly rushing around to serve everyone
• The interior is very grand with lots of marble
• Between 3 of us we ordered 6 or 7 dishes and a beer each with the final bill coming to £
• They are only small but it is nice trying a number of dishes
• My favourite was the carpaccio
• The meatballs were the only dish I probably wouldn't recommend
• The restaurant is extremely beautiful and done up very well
• The dishes were very well plated and the food was amazing the pasta was nice and meaty
• On the other hand the pizza was thin and was nice and crispy
• In the end i noticed that our bill was also not too much i expected it to be atleast 80 100 pounds it was actually only 67 pounds with food and drinks

• There was an amazing buzz about the restaurant and we just felt excited about eating what was promising to be some authentic Italian cooking
• Next us sat a charming couple visiting from Italy who looked like they came straight off the set of 'La Grande Bellezza' who struck up conversation with us within five minutes of sitting

• In addition we ordered black ravioli filled with crab and a tuna tartare prepared at the table

• They only got a look in during those quite times when I was wondering why I had walked past San Carlo Cicchetti (Mayfair) a hundred times plus but has written it off fir some unknown reason
