Sahara Grill (Whitechapel)

• The entire meal was a wholesome one and I felt it was a great value for money
• Sahara Grill (Whitechapel) also hosts some nice music and I am pretty sure that you will have a good experience if you are planning to visit Sahara Grill (Whitechapel) some time
• The restaurant has increased its prices by a good proportion and now it is ridiculously high for the service one gets
• I shall not visit again since it is no more reasonable
• Cor was quite good with an Asian feel to it
• We also tried a few other dishes all of which were very well prepared and presented
• The food was an absolute delight as well as the prices charged were in a fairly reasonable range
• The food here was very well prepared and was absolutely delicious
• The customer service is also great and they cater to all the needs of the customer well
• The ambiance is outstanding
• We arrived 15 mins prior to our reservation time and we were asked to wait for another 20 minutes after that
• The tables were not combined and after we insisted they placed the seating arrangement as best as they could
• When our main course arrived we got to know that the quality of the food is not at all up to the mark
• The desserts were also disappointing
• Only good thing their was that the service here was polite

• We were waiting about ten minutes before we were told there were seating on the lower floor of the restaurant
• As apparently we were not supposed to be sent down
• At this point I was not impressed with the service we had already received
• I had heard the food was really great
• I had ordered a chicken steak which was below average and was very dry for a steak
• The spicy wings seemed liked they were drenched in some basic spicy sauce
• Coleslaw was a little too sweet for my liking however over all was pretty good
• Overall the food tastes good and the service is good as well
• Both of these taste good but I don't think they are value for money as they're very pricey and therefore I don't order these any more
• This is especially true for the chicken tenders as these are basic chicken strips priced at around £
• The burgers however are a great option
• They taste great and are reasonably priced
• Their beef and lamb steaks are absolutely delicious (I haven't had better anywhere else)
• The sauce and marinate they cook it in works brilliantly with both meats
• The Sahara chicken steak is another very good option
• The chicken is nicely flavoured however I would prefer it a little more moist (but that's just a very minor issue for me)
• This is served with chips and very nice and creamy coleslaw
• They seem like packet chips that draw a lot of oil which means some of the chips are very crispy and filled with oil which isn't pleasant to eat
• 10.15 tasted good but are heavily over priced in my opinion
• The tortillas did not seem to be fresh ones and there was just about enough filling for two wraps
• If you fancy a great steak this is definitely the place to go
• Was my first time visiting Sahara Grill (Whitechapel) and I was really glad that I did go
• A calmed atmosphere and the food was really good
• Service from staff could not be faulted really but my problem was paying 'Harrods' prices for food that is 'Argos' quality
• I cannot remember how the meal was like that's how blah the food was
• Hence just about getting away with paying high prices

• The three things were a nice combination
• SAHARA GRILL is a place that definitely needs to be checked out
• When pointing out how inconvenient this was to staff they showed no budge
• The food here was pleasant as the portions are generous and the spices go from mild to hot
• I simply cannot understand why they'd let themselves down on the final aspect when their staff are otherwise courteous and helpful
• My trip to Sahara Girl was a mixture of enjoyment and disappointment
• I had the Sahara XXL burger which was very good but the disappointing aspect was the service
• That wasn't as disappinting as trying to pay the bill which was a complete shambles as they refused to split it and at one point wouldnt accept card payments
• A few injuries and casualties was caused and I have had better service from burger king
• 30 so the rest was watching us eat
• One of my friends were sitting directly under a light bulb which was causing his face and head to sweat
• The waiter removed the bulb while there was still current running through
• There was a small group who were seated after us ordered ate and left before we got our meals
• Customer service was poor management didnt even apologise for our endeavours
• The prices are 'alright' but the presentation of the restaurant kinda spells 'expensive' but I'm sorry I just don't see it
• I guess the chef was shy to express his gratitude on the plate
• Overall food is nice but price does not justify
• Please review your prices as you are not a 5* Michelin Restaurant
• Sahara grill is quite a nice
• The prices for some of their steak dishes are extortionately high
• I ordered the beef rump steak which was served with thick cut chips and most of the plate was covered in salad which was a little disappointing
• The starter was lovey greek dip with pitta bread
• Mains I had the tipiloa grilled boneless fish with mash an veg it was beautiful
• Then desert had the mango and that was lovely also my favourite was the coconut Ice cream the fresh orange juice was lovely also
• Also the desserts are good and there are a lot of options
• I ordered grill chicken with steak chips
• So if you want good food Sahara Grill is the place to go to
• My husband and I went to eat at Sahara grill tonight with our 4 year old son
• 5 minutes later they were taken down to be seated and we were still left waiting
• At this point my son was very hungry and asked when we were going to eat
• One thing we all thought was that they treat their male customers very differently to female
• What makes it worse is that these are Muslim 'brothers' who run the restaurant and their treatment of families and women is less than Islamic
• I requested it to be cooked medium as it should be but it was definitely over cooked
• I feel that Sahara Grill (Whitechapel) is slightly over priced
• Chicken wings which were a bit hard and scampi
• We ordered the Sahara chicken platter which was excellent and the mixed steak sauté
• The orange juice was completely fresh &
• My experience with Sahara grill was not the best
• The food was OK at best other than that never again that's why im giving this a two star rating
• One of the best steak places around in London
• Regularly order T Bone Steak with cheese on top
• The onion gravy which comes on top is excellent and goes perfectly together with the steak
• The potion is chips accompanied with the steak is pretty small
