  • The head chef is ex Gordon Ramsay

  • Tempura squid was a highlight

  • Sea bass ceviche was served in a hollowed out granny smith apple

  • Edible apple container was lovely with the remnants of tiger milk

  • Slow cooked lamb with potato gratin was meltingly soft and quite glorious

  • Dukkah carrot and beetroot was a tasty vegetable side but a tiny portion

  • The only dish which wasn't particularly creative was the fried chicken tingle sticks

  • This was a big portion of 4 well executed deep fried drumsticks (didn't feel greasy) with a sweet and sour BBQ dipping sauce
