The food here is extremely different to what you mostly get in restaurants around the area
-
With chillies and crunchy elements is something that's now on my top 10 favourite foods list
-
I also loved the marinated tiger prawns which were had so much flavour that we had to order a second round
-
The interior is also really nicely done up with a true Peruvian atmosphere to it
-
Definitely elegant with a casual feel
-
This is where I was slightly disappointed
-
We were not impressed with them very much
-
Everything is presented beautifully
-
The ingredients are incredibly fresh
-
COYA (Mayfair) is very expensive
-
Seeing as I wasn't overly pleased with what I had ordered
-
It combines a genuinely homely feel with some of the Capital's best food
-
The staff are highly attentive and the crowd are friendly and sociable
-
Whilst the seabass risotto may be the best dish currently served in London
-
COYA (Mayfair) is amazing and has a lot to offer
-
The ambiance of COYA (Mayfair) is totally next level to awesome
-
If you want to try amazing Peruvian food then this is the place for you
-
Since Peruvian cuisine is fairly new for the city
-
The restaurants are taking advantage and passing on food on loosely related as authentic
-
The expectation of Peruvian cuisine was a let down here as the food is not as per standards and only remotely of the cuisine
-
THe prices then charged are not appropriate
-
The service is very skilled and the staff rude and uncaring
-
In fact the interiors are very energetic and chilled out too
-
The service though was a tad bit slow initially but overall was pretty good
-
The menu had some really great items and the food was prepared in a very attentive and caring manner
-
The flavors then brought out was simply impeccable and of premium standard
-
The drinks though were not that great and they tasted only average
-
I tasted some of the most amazing dishes ever so recommendation is difficult but i will advise on definitely tries the pork skewers
-
The manager was very arrogant
-
Despite the manager knowing I had a nut allergy and being told the food was being made for me
-
The starters were mind blowing
-
This dramatic Peruvian feeling restaurant is very theatrical in appeal
-
This restaurant is very attractive in appearance as much as in the quality of food
-
A must visit if you are looking out for a good setting
-
Went with someone and we ordered prawn tempura and salmon with mint cucumber
-
The selection and collection of cocktails is something to die
-
Atmosphere was very lively and vibrant there
-
We were in a big group and we enjoyed our drinks and food with some nice music playing in the background
-
I visited this upscale place recently and was quite impressed with it
-
The ambience was pretty decent as expected from an exclusive place
-
The service was good and the food presentation was lovely
-
Overall it was a wonderful experience and would love to visit COYA (Mayfair) again
-
The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented
-
The prices are steep but acceptable
-
The interiors are lovely and divided in two sections
-
The mains has a selection of the best of the Peruvian cuisine
-
Just the Tiger prawns were not impressive
-
Most of the dishes were brilliantly prepared
-
The only negatives that I found about COYA (Mayfair) were that we had to wait for a long time before getting a table and the restaurant charged us a little extra
-
Atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing
-
Everything from food to decor to their service was in sync with each other and perfect
-
The interior is tastefully done and suits the youth bang on
-
Do not forget to book a table before you visit otherwise there is simply no chance that you can get to eat here
-
The restaurant is the new hot favorite in the neighborhood
-
The food is delicious and the service is impeccable
-
The ambiance is also cool and modern and funky
-
The place is suitable for weekend evenings to enjoy with friends and such
-
The downside is the inadequate portion sizes and at such steep prices
-
COYA (Mayfair) is one of the best places to have Peruvian cuisine around London
-
We tried their Ceviches which were brilliantly prepared and tasted delicious
-
The service was quite friendly
-
The overall atmosphere of the place is amazing and the menu has a huge list of things to tickle your taste buds
-
The staff at COYA (Mayfair) is very charming and pleasing
-
My personal favorite is their sea bass and salmon tacos
-
It is as though you are running a race
-
The servers are warm and polite but somebody please teach them the pace at which the guests should be attended to
-
The drinks seemed overpriced and were not very delicious
-
Our last visit was pretty decent as well with w few glitches
-
The service was pretty quick and efficient with the staff being quite warm and friendly
-
Anyhow the overall experience was fine and thus
-
The place offers authentic Peruvian cuisine and it was the first time we were visiting it
-
The service was good and prompt
-
Our server was very knowledgeable as well as being hospitable
-
The atmosphere is great here and the decor is beautiful
-
The service of cocktails was not so prompt though
-
Every dish here is very unique
-
The decor of COYA (Mayfair) was amazing and the welcome that we received was very warm and nice
-
Waiters were quite knowledgeable about the dishes in their menu and are good with recommendations according to your preference
-
Service was a bit mismanaged but the place was really busy with customers at that time
-
The atmosphere here is very lively and buzzing with people
-
The staff here is very quick
-
The place is always packed but the noise levels are always tolerable
-
The food that we ordered was beautifully presented on our table and extremely delectable backed by highly attentive and efficient crowd
-
I would highly recommend COYA (Mayfair) to everyone for a fabulous evening with some mouth watering dishes to feast upon
-
Coya is a great venue located in the Mayfair area with closest tube station Hyde Park Corner
-
The restaurant offers a bar as well with cozy and modern atmosphere
-
The restaurant is quite large
-
Has good music and is overall quite loud
-
(we celebrated my friends birthday here with her parents and had a really really good time they have group menus available)
-
Coya portions are tapas like
-
The Corvina Trufa (big fan of anything with truffle) which was so tasty that once we finished eating the fish and the waiter came to pick up the plate
-
Asked him to leave it on the table so we could eat the remaining sauce with our spoons) Anyway
-
The sweet corn salad and the quinoa salad are also worth a try
-
Coya is really the type of place where you can pick a few dishes and share them with who ever you're with
-
I am very satisfied with COYA (Mayfair)
-
The atmosphere is excellent at coya and so is the decor
-
The lighting is dim and it gives a very modern feel
-
Coya has a high end crowd and the place is always buzzing
-
They have live performances on saturday night which can be enjoyed with the great food here
-
The staff at Coya is friendly and welcoming
-
With chillies is one of my favourite dishes here
-
The Ensalada Peruana ( salad) is worth trying
-
When put alongside some girlfriends who are always partial to a bit of glam
-
Through a little archway is the restaurant
-
The ambience is cosy and novel indeed
-
Whilst it feels like it is trying not to be pretentious
-
The crispy prawn crackers came with a smashed avocado dip
-
The pork belly was absolutely to die
-
Crispy pork scratchings with melt in your mouth meat
-
The food here was beautiful the portions were excellent they had all vast array of dishes which were all equally unusual and I loved the Quinoa and sweet corn ice cream
-
The decoration was beautiful as well
-
I went for sunday brunch with a group of friends
-
Start the brunch menu is an absolute steal at £
-
The starters were super fresh and tasty
-
My main was Chilean seabass with a risotto which was delicious
-
There was a dj in the bar next door but the music was just the right volume to make it upbeat
-
Tuna tartar tacos with yuzu and the smallest dollop of mayo was my favourite dish of the day
-
I think that they are the ideal way of eating 'junk food' that's also low in calories
-
The flavors were innovative and all dishes excellent
-
Fusing Inca styling with Spanish Colonial opulence to create a hidden Palace
-
Open kitchens with assado and ceviche stations and clever lighting create a stage for dining
-
So I heard rumours that there was a fantastic place near Green Park
-
The raw food didn't seem raw at all the sauces or the broth with each of these dishes was spectacular
-
The chicken was very well cooked
-
The Peruvian one was mind blowing
-
Member's area is very small and noisy
-
Restaurant is also very noisy
-
Unfortunately they didn't find us a table in the main dinning area so we were seated in the bar area
-
Then the guy how was in charge on our table did a great job in explaining the menu and putting his recommendations
-
The food and service were extraordinary
-
They informed me that they were making a special exception in allowing me to change the reservation within 24hours of the table and would usually have charged me £
-
I found it strange that they were effectively trying to make me
-
The whole place was covered with white fabric
-
We ate lots of things but the best one was spicy beef because of their special grilling style
-
I recently discovered this restaurant and it has got to be one of the best restaurants in London
-
My experience there was exceptional
-
The bartender was friendly and quite flexible with innovating drinks of your choice
-
The waiters couldn't have been friendlier with recommending food choices
-
The quinoa salad was my absolute favourite
-
COYA (Mayfair) is a must try in London
-
Remains the best if you are going for the food alone
-
Eating in London is rarely only about the food
-
Halloween weekend was a busy little shindig for me
-
When I wasn't dressed up as either Catwoman or a vampire queen I was out for lunch
-
I think I made up for it with Saturday's costume
-
I have to mention that the food is great however
-
The cocktails are great and the bar tenders are really great
-
Ve got so close that she invited me along to her birthday dinner with some of her best friends
-
The place was full and the a place was quite busy and akin to a lounge rather than a place for some conversations
-
Food was good with a decent variety
-
We started of with some Peruvian beer and some starters
-
We then ordered the main course along with some sides and wine
-
Unless you are willing to dine at 5
-
I fell so much in love with this restaurant that I came to here to eat 3 times that week
-
The new theme is latino inspired yet it was depicted in a very luxurious way
-
The presentation was great and the portion size was really good
-
The sauce that came with it had too much onion I suppose
-
The squid was topped with jalepeno and some sauce I can't remember the name
-
What I do remember is that the sauce wasn't rich in flavour
-
Walnuts) and a bit more of the pomegranate is recommended
-
The chicken was marinated and was topped with chilli pepper
-
We were recommended by the staff to order this as it was their "
-
It is a chocolate fondant with Coya's logos on the cake
-
The ice cream that accompanied the cake was AGAIN poor in flavour
-
I realised it was coffe ice cream
-
I would like to note that the tables are too small for the food to fit in
-
The quantity is too less for the price
-
Began dishes are limited tasty but not out of the world
-
For me this restaurant is all about food
-
We started our dinner with their famous Pisco Sour cocktail
-
It was honestly one of the best meals I've had in London
-
My Peruvian food cherry was popped at Coya and no place compares
-
Had to end my london trip with a lunch at coya
-
I think the london branch is the best branch
-
Efficient and well informed service and beautiful ambiance with delicate lighting and acoutics and an eclectic selection of art
-
We started the afternoon with pisco sours (of course) in the bar before moving to the dining room
-
Our server offered to choose a selection of best sellers and specialties from various parts of the menu
-
The octopus (normally a favourite of mine) served with an olive tapenade
-
The next selection of dishes was primarily from the grill and all were sensational
-
Crispy potatoes with spice tomato and huancaina sauce
-
Seafood paella (which was the star of the show)
-
To accompany the fish dishes we selected a lovely Chablis and then moved on to a Barolo with the grill dishes
-
The wild mushroom dishes were really great
-
Mini tacos was really nice and the brocolli and asparagus was amazing
-
The amience was little too dark and found the overall place a bit cramped
-
Want to impress someone with your knowledge of food and great palate
-
The ambiance and vibe is 'sit and relax'
-
Everything on the menu is for sharing
-
We finished it with dulce de leche
-
While the food is generally tasty
-
The service and prices were enough to taint our overall experience
-
The service was equal parts overbearing and snooty
-
It was clear the staff were attempting to upsell at every opportunity
-
It seemed the staff's only objective was to serve us as quickly as possible (presumably to make our table available for another lucrative sitting)
-
Our plates were changed abruptly despite the starters only being laid on the table for 10 15min tops
-
The waitress even attempted to clear the starters when one dish was still clearly full and as yet untouched
-
The atmosphere is so chic especially in the private dining room
-
Loved the live music and the staff was so helpfull and honest
-
It felt like i was eating in my own dining room
-
Peruvian food is amazing especially the crab tacos and maissalad
-
The Chilean sea bass croquettes with red chilli was unbelievably good
-
The other dishes were also very pleasing as was the chocolate dessert
-
The food was decent and the venue is both well placed and attractive
-
The prices were very high comparatively to the quality of the food
-
To reserve it was complicated
-
15 for two hours only as the place is full and after negotiating
-
When we arrived the place was half empty
-
We had different orders and once of them was a well done beef which had a bad taste and when we told our server
-
The reply was it was well done and this is the reason of its bad taste
-
The set lunch menu is a deal at £
-
The journey began with the Ensalade de Quinoa (Quina
-
Pomegranate) which had a real sharpness to the dressing and a really good dish to cleanse the pallet and also the portion was big enough to also have as an accompaniment to the main
-
Sesame) cooked to perfection with a nice crispiness
-
The final accompaniment we had was the broccoli which was to die for
-
Given the lunch time deal I was surprised by the portion size and although there was some fat and not the best cut of beef I have had the marinade was at the top of my list
-
Even though this was a lunch with sharing plates still ended up spending around 2 3 hours and time flew past but still could not finish all the food
-
A great selection of desserts was beckoning me but I was too full to try but next time I will not leave without trying as I could see a few on the list I would love to try
-
Now as I personally do not drink means I may not be the best to advice on this but I do try to take someone along who does and likes seafood more than me so I am able to give a more rounded review
-
So I ordered the Inti which consists of passion fruit and pineapple with vanilla syrup and coconut puré
-
This is probably on of the best non alcoholic drinks I have had and such a great blend of refreshing flavours
-
T usually like coconut but love this it is a testimony to the mixologist
-
Consistent from the last time and the only difference it this time it was served in a simple tall glass and last time I was given a decorative container
-
The sharing portions are a good size and so will be looking to visit again but I would advise booking in advance as it seems the venue is always busy
-
125.00 for two with just two non alcoholic cocktails
-
They make their dishes from a combination of the best unexpected ingredients like crab and purple potatoes with vegan cheese and butternut squash
