Radio - ME London (Aldwych)

• If i had to find fault it would be that the Espresso Martini is a little too pricy for the ingredients used
• Honestly one of the best I have ever had
• A mixture of great panoramic views with a lively crowd
• The prices are very similar to Mayfair bars and being in the ME Hotel
• Your breath is immediately taken away as soon as you walk into the terrace
• The terrace is very romantic
• So I get that the food is not excellent
• The venue is beautiful and the service is acceptable
• They can work a bit on that but with the picture you see from there makes you more relaxed and less worried about this
• Everything is lush and if the weather is beautiful makes everything perfect
• Another recommendation if to go on a day that is slightly less busy
• Though I have never had any issues with the service
• These reason it is reasonably priced
• Highly recommend it for a nice place to chat with friends and have some drinks
• Of course the view is a great feature of it
• They had a very stuck up attitude and were unwilling to help

• My experience on the phone for booking was not so nice either
• I got through after about twenty five minutes of being 'second in line' and was informed that I would need to pay at least hundred pounds per person for reservation
• I must say it was a terrible misjudgement on my part
• The interior is quite good with very comfortable seats

• I recently arranged a get together and was super happy with their whole organisation

• They have charged an extra 15% for the service which seemed a bit too pushy in asking to fill up our drinks even if it was nowhere near empty

• The first thing I noticed while waiting for the lift to Radio's rooftop bar was a drunken customer arguing with the porter
• As I haven't noticed anything wrong with the porter (or any other staff member at Radio)
• You're likely to find Radio packed with suits drinking the hours away
• Or heavily applied makeup (as well as fat purses with very loose strings)
• My catch of the evening was a bride with the highest platform shoes and shortest wedding dress ever
• All I'm saying is that my usual self
• The weather was glorious on the evening I visited
• Very often comes with a drink in hand
• Testing the booze is part of the duty
• As it was made with something that definitely doesn't belong into the Northern Italian original
• Both the colleagues I was sitting with left their glass nearly untouched
• The other reviews I've read are not encouraging
• They serve up amazing cocktails and the ambiance is just great
• Even though their food is not very good they make up for it with their amazing service and delicious cocktails
• The burger was quite average and consisted of only 2 small mini burgers
• All in all I feel that radio is an amazing place to chill and have a drink and I would go here again with my friends or family just to chill and have a nice drink
• The staff were efficient and pleasant enough apart from my hilarious encounter with the person at the front entrance
• I got the distinct impression that the female with the reservations list had sized me up and found me undesirable due to how casually dressed my group was lol

• The security staff were in suits and this made me think of the time I dined at Alain Ducasse's Mix restaurant in Las Vegas on the 64th floor of Mandalay Bay

• The view of this rooftop bar is still incredible with one side overseeing Big Ben and the London Eye
• Cocktails are mostly modern creation with heavy use of fruit juices and sweet ingredients to make it more popular with a wider audience
• Such as mine Zacapa long serve with strawberries and vanilla
• You might prefer something more bold and robust if you are used to your classic cocktails
• Services is top notch with good attention to detail
• Bear in mind there is a 15% service charge
