Queen Of Hoxton (Shoreditch)

• The Queen of Hoxton is one of the most popular venues in East London
• This venue is composed of two floors and a roof top
• The latter is my favourite
• You can enjoy your drinks outdoors while contemplating the view (which at the moment is in a tower construction) or seat inside the tipi in the warmth
• The basement holds live bands and DJs and the music is generally of good enough depending on tastes and specific nights
• The Queen of Hoxton is a three or four or five storey bar (the staircase is confusing) with a different ambiance in each of the floors
• It's definitely got the hipster factor to it and is full of boys and girls with buttoned up and tucked in flower shirts brought with 20 dollar in a thrift shop no doubt
• Your fashion sense is more mainstream and you don't think about trying not to look like you've actually tried to colour coordinate your clothes
• This space is perfect for a romantic night out or if you're trying to impress someone
• If ever Glastonbury is having a fallow year

• The one problem with Queen Of Hoxton (Shoreditch) is that its so busy when its late and so vast you can spend your evening trying to find your friends rather than party with them
• Day to day the food is good and the cocktails are too however it is worth keeping an eye out for a few of their events through out the year

• Outside of their events Queen Of Hoxton (Shoreditch) is a bit of a dive

• Somewhere to try if you are in the area but not worth a special trip
• You can walk around the corner and not notice what is just under your nose
• It is just another bar on the floor level but as soon as you go upstairs you are immediately entering the fairytale spirit
