Proper Burger (Leyton)

• Proper Burgers is a halal gourmet burger restaurant
• The burger was phenomenal
• The caramelised onions was simply delicious
• My only critique would be that the patty was cooked "
• This side just turned into chips with a side of cheese
• Where we were seated was a bit uncomfortable
• The managers desk was facing us and no one likes being watched while eating
• That was the best thing I liked about it
• The Burger quality is really high
• The sides are a bit pricy and so are the burgers but if you relate quality to price I would say it's more than fairly priced
• I went with my wife and toddler and everyone played with him and made us feel really welcome
• The wings tasted as if they were not cooked through and retained the uncooked chicken flavour
• These guys knew their stuff and we were in good hands
• With my sister who was in wheelchair
• Was turned away as I was told it was to busy to be catered for and when I when I questioned why I was told I had to make a booking
• The waitress did come over with the menus reluctantly
• My two boys are given some crayons and a sheet of paper to colour on
• Took awhile to arrive but it was worth waiting for absolutely delicious
• When it finally did arrive I was slightly disappointed presentation of the burger wasn't up to scratch the relish flavourless and it wasn't seasoned properly
• Side orders of onion rings and chips were both frozen products
• The ambience of the restaurant was really nice the decor was fantastic
• When coming to pay for our meal was told that they didn't accept card payments
• My only real criticism is the seating
• I do not recommend it if you are over the age of about 10
• You must get rid of that table and replace it with another sandard table for 2
• Their chips are also great
• The server Yassine is adorable and professionnel
• You could see the chefs making your order as there is an open kitchen
• Let me tell you I was overwhelmed with the interior and the service
• Sunday brisket and classic burger along with onion rings and fries as sides
• The winner was the brisket hands down
