Five Guys (Covent Garden)

• I saw a massive queue and then I was told I had to wait for 20 minutes
• The burgers MUST be worth it if so many people are queuing to try their food"
• A big bacon cheeseburger with fries and coke
• Another weird thing is that a 'big' burger actually means a burger with a double patty while a 'small' burger has a single patty
• Is it just me that thinks that is a weird system
• I just would have thought small or big would correlate with the circumference of the burger
• The queue was long and the restaurant is extremely busy
• I had a bacon burger with salty fries
• Tried it in New York and when I knew they were in London I had to go there
• Eating at Five Guys was such an efficient experience I&rsquo
• Was guarded by a pleasant young lady who smiled and informed us that we were to join a line of people waiting to get in
• We joined the line with curious anticipation
• Within a few moments were at the head of the line
• Where we ordered three burgers with bacon and cheese
• A large portion of fries which we were informed was sufficient for 4 people
• I also distinctly recall that first heavenly bite into a perfectly cooked juicy burger with all the right flavours
• The next thing I remember is seeing the empty wrapper
• That was one of the best bacon cheeseburgers I have ever tasted

• Shake Shack and other independent burger joints in London are far superior

• Heard stories about Five Guys (Covent Garden) from my American friends and then just had the luck to try their burgers my self and the only word is spectacular
• Legend says that 5 guys has no freezers as nothing is left at the end of the day at any outlet and that's how fresh their food is

• The bun itself was soft and very very tender and it could be flattened with the palm of your hand some this shows that it was baked freshly

• The bacon was not added in a large quantity so it didnt overtake on the whole taste which was fine by me
• These are the best fries I have ever experienced in a fast food restaurant
