Potli (Hammersmith)

• The street food here is much better than what I have eaten at other curry houses
• Their portions are quite huge
• Even the biryani and peshawari naan is very authentic and delicious
• The prices are well worth
• It was such a lovey time we had at potli the staff is very nice the food is fantastic and plus it's not that expensive as well 2 people can eat for £
• The restaurant manager is very nice too Bharat knows exactly what you would like

• There is even an auto rickshaw kept on display which is good to start stories about India if you are going with non indians
• They even serve cocktails which are indianised such as black pepper strawberry
• We ordered kebabs which were nice but very spicy
• The red mutton curry was the highlight of our dinner
• Popadams and chutneys are usual similar to the ones you get in any Indian restaurant
• Paneer Potli Masala is not a bad choice
• The Dhaba Murgh is a much better option and our all time favourite
• Asked if we would like an indian red wine to go with meal which we thought would be nice
• We didnt ask the price and it was 22pound for an average bottle of red wine
• Over priced and the food taste was not good we ordered Vindaloo curry and it was rubbish interior is good and attitude of the people is bad naan bread was half cooked and rice was cold poor service
• What annoyed us was that it took over an hour until our food arrived which was also nothing great
• The masala fish always loved by my family i think there is no better Indian restaurant then mirch masala
