Pind Punjabi (Hayes)

• The interiors are colourful like a typical Punjabi village (pind) with the artificial tree in the middle
• (rustic bed) and enjoying a hot meal of roti's and daal (presumably) with onions and fresh radish on the side
• Albeit not bad at all was a bit on the dry side and didn't have the charcoal y effect of the tandoor
• The malai chicken was VERY dry and was probably the only disappointing dish of the day
• The Jeera chicken was spectacular very spicy and full of flavour LOVED it
• Most of the starters were served on sizzling pans
• Missi rotis (these are made from gram flour)
• The Sarson ka saag even my wife who's from Delhi assured me that it's the authentic stuff this dish is actually slow cooked over a long time and is a combination of 5 (I think
• I would even go as far to vouch that this was my dish of the day
• The butter chicken was excellent I'd really expected this after I'd sampled the starters and had understood that these guys knew what they were doing
• Rich orange boneless chicken gravy with a dwindling trail of fresh cream
• The breads were good no complaints there as well hot and fluffy
• I went and asked for Butter Chicken and this was not in their menu
• One of their must try is their salt lassi
• Great food at great prices with great service
• Dahi papdi was so good and testy
• Best reaction is not to go there ever again and if anyone asks
