Nordic Bakery (Soho)

• The Nordic Bakery is the perfect meeting point to escape the hustle and bustle of London and enjoy a coffee or two with some delightfully simple Scandinavian food
• Plates such as gravadiax (salmon on rye) and rye bread toasties will satisfy any appetite but it is the baked goods which are the real showstoppers
• It always has to be a cinnamon bun ALWAYS and these guys are the best in the business
• So much so that you have to walk in a pray they are there but because of the turnover
• You may find one that is still warm from the oven
• I have once or twice and it is pure heaven
• The cinnamon buns are nice but overrated
• Everything is freshly baked
• The cinnamon buns are simply perfect
• Especially when they are still warm
• The coffee is also great
• The bakery is also a coffee shop and is always full so it's impossible to et a seat
• We took some sandwiches and their cinnamon buns as takeaways and they were absolutely divine
• It's sandwiches that we took away were also quite good
• This little gem was found out through Kai
• The Cinnamon Buns here are in the Time Out London&rsquo
• The smell of cinnamon is always something I appreciate &ndash
• A sort of cinnamon roll that was absoutely delicious
• A bit crunchy yet the rest of the bun is appropriately soft
• There is nothing better than a catch up over tea and cinnamon buns and this is one of my favourite spot to do so
• The service is fast and the whole vibe is enjoyable
• At times there is so much people that you fear that someone is going to crash on your table while they try to navigate around the room but is generally really pleasant and worth a stop by
• My first experience was alright but this second one has managed to change my thoughts to the point where the Nordic Bakery is now one of my top three bakeries
• It has a mild flavor of cinnamon as well as cardamom that paired perfectly with the coffee
• The Almond twist was basically like an almond croissant but instead of the dough being crescent shaped
• Everything they sell is very simple and has mild flavors that satisfy that sweet tooth without making you sick
• It gives a very homey feel and is hands down
• I visited Nordic Bakery with family Golden Square (Saturday 16th January 2016) and found it to be so disappointing
• The staff's demeanour was like a smacked cinnamon bun and they clearly didn't want to be there not rude
• The pain au chocolat was under cooked and greasy and as for the much acclaimed Nordic cinnamon buns
• Nordic bakery was famed for its cinnamon buns
• The service was very quick and friendly
• Nordic Bakery is entirely one a kind
• The interiors are simple and hipsterish
• I paired mine with some espresso
• The prices are great and the only thing I didn't like here is possibly the lack of charging stations
• With the signature Scandinavian pastries and breads this bakery is located in a beautiful soho square
• With good coffee but the staff is not so good
