Mumbai Local (Wembley)

• The chats and south Indian snacks are very very good
• The Indo Chinese food that I have tasted are all a big fail
• Service is quite quick and the place is very clean
• One annoying experience was when we were at a table close to the entrance
• A lady who was waiting to be seated was brazen enough to come to our table and take a photo of our food as she wanted to show it to her friends
• When I am in this area to bulk buy Indian groceries and with some spare time in hand
• A must is a Sunday breakfast with Gathias and Jalebis (Gujrat style breakfast) served to your table an other hot dishes freshly made
• Annoying thing is it is busy and have to wait a while before getting a table for being busy and they not take table booking
• I would recommend Mumbai Local (Wembley) specially because it was clean and tidy
• The portion sized are impressive
• Indian food somewhere abroad is like a blessing and Mumbai Local (Wembley) is heaven If you want Indian food
• The service is alright they can brush up on the customer service
• We ordered baigan which was floating in oil and was nothing great
• Pre book if you can as Mumbai Local (Wembley) is always full
• Their thali is one of the best in terms of quality and quantity
• Not so impressed with the paneer dosa which was oily
• Desert in thali was also very tasty
• Veg thali is very tasty and portion size is enough to serve two actually (if you just order extra roti)
• Mango lassi are always served quickly and best
• Corn BHEL is another unique dish here which is made in curd
• Biryani they serve here is the worst as you will find just any vegetables n no flavor so be aware
• The chaat items are really good and great options to choose from
• Ordered their best chana samosa chat
• The dish came with a tiny samosa a teaspoon of yougurt and little green stuff on that
• T believe that they were using just boiled chic peas
• Where one of the dish was a Bhindi bhaji very salty
• I asked the man what it was and if he can break it
• Third item was bhatura dripping with oil
• T know what chana samosa chat is or how should bhatura look and taste like
• The Indian Chinese was not that up to the mark
• A good variety of Amchi Mumbai dishes are available here
• Everything else we ordered was just plain bad
• Papdi Chaat was also like eating soggy sawdust
• The pain puri was definitely good by London standards
• The service was very good and prompt
• Mumbai Local (Wembley) is gud in terms of ambience and service but cud not justify the authentic taste of various dishes
• The wrong items were delivered and I contacted the restaurant but they refused to help
• Never order from a business where your custom and money is not valued
• The Masala Chips with Cheese was a little too many spices and it was ok but something was missing or should i say maybe too much was added
• Sometimes less is more and i think a little twist to this could make this a much better dish with a better mix of spices that could work better together
• The Mumbai Vada Pav was try and really just a bata vada in a bun and again i think this needs a little work such a tamarind sauce would be better in the bun as just a little to dry for me
