Mrs Wong's Chinese (Streatham)

• It's not licensed so you can bring your own drink if you want or have a soft drink or Chinese tea which is what I had
• We had battered squid to start with and it's the best squid I've eaten
• The batter was light and crispy and the squid was tender and just melted in the mouth
• All these dishes were cooked to perfection it's obvious that the chef is gifted
• Also when we left the door to the kitchen was open and we could see in it was spotless
• We've been there thrice in the last 2 weeks with family and friends
• The atmosphere is warm and cosy and the staff are really friendly ( probably the first chinese restaurant ive been to with friendly staff)
• The food is to the mark and my favourite is the squid in salt and chilly
• The restaurant is well decorated and has a great aura about the place
• The chicken was succulent and the sweet and sour was done to a very high standards
