Mexican Grille (Stepney)

• 7 of us booked a reservation at this resturaunt on Tuesday and went to eat here last night after coming all the way from Luton for a meal out with the colleagues
• I have to say food was I'd say 7/10
• The customer service was absolutely appalling
• The manager was not very co operative even though he knew we had traveled from another town to come to his resturaunt
• He said we were too early and made us wait 35 minutes
• Dishes cleared but were sitting and chatting
• I felt like we were given no respect and mistreated
• His behaviour was unacceptable
• Some ppl were not satisfied with their food
• Food is nice but the portions are tiny so you're left unsatisfied and still hungry
• The place has been running for almost a year now and still hasn't figured out that skimping on size doesn't mean people are going to order other stuff on the menu
• The restaurant was the only halal Mexican available in and around Whitechapel
• I have eaten here on at least a dozen occasions either with family or friends for various occasions and I have yet to be disappointed with the food
• The non alcoholic drinks on offer are a great as a selection
• The booths are a great place to sit
• It seats 6 people and is nice and private but still feel the atmosphere of the place
• I would say to anyone looking for a filling and tasty meal which is healthy as opposed to the cheap fried junk around every corner
• The service was impeccable
• The ambiance of the restaurant is comfortable and pleasant
• Everything was delicious and I felt like having dinner in a real Mexican restaurant
• I thought prices were high but in the end the bill was good
• Last time I went was again on a cheat day and I craving one of their starters rather than mains which was the cheesy chilli con carne fries
• The cheese oozes in between the mince meat and chips with another cheesy sauce on top and the jalapeñ
• The food I doubt will blow many people's minds but is a hunger buster and worth a go
• In terms of the chips they were crispy as chips should be
• The service took very long and was pretty chaotic
• If you're looking for a meal which is tasty and one you won't mind waiting
• First time I've been here with a friend of mine as she requested she wanted to eat there
• Mexican grill restaurant was always my personal fav
• The stake which is chicken and lamb stake are good
• Everything looks so fresh with daily stews to choose the wild variety of dishes
• I whent with My family we have mex mix platter its was Very testy food we all enjoy &
• The service was appalling as we had drank 80% off the water the staff comes and tells us we was given it by mistake as this was their premium brand
• As soon as we arrived we were greeted politely
• So we sat down and no menu was being given
• As we was paying another waiter stood next to us with food for almost 3 minutes thinking we just came in and had ordered
• Poor customers food was getting cold as he thought it was us
• Overall Mexican Grille (Stepney) is a no go zone for me and will never visit Mexican Grille (Stepney) again
• 2 couples left the restaurant as we was seated as they felt awkward with the seating and set Ramadan menu I guess
• The only reason why I ate my food was because I hate wasting money
• I am not a Donald Trump fan but if he were to build a wall around this restaraunt I would gladly supply my labour free in order to stop "
