Mangal 2 (Dalston)

• The simple sounding Grilled Aubergine was equally delicious served with a tasty sauce and portion of bulgur wheat
• Neither of these were anything to write home about
• The mixed grill was pretty good especially the chicken wings
• When I had assumed it was the lamb which they would excel at
• There was also a side of grilled onions with a spicy pomegranate dressing
• I'll occasionally come for a good plate of kebab with some nice bread and side dishes
• The portion is generous and I love the marinated pepper and chilli
• They gave me a plate of rice which was so tasty soft and has like coconut milk taste
• The place can be quite busy but service is normally good
• They serve you bread with a few different dips
• Had the Tavuk Beyti which was well seasoned and grilled to perfection
• The breads and dip they provide you with are just so flavourful
