• Kipferl (Islington) is highly recommended for your next week end brunch as their breakfast &
• Brunch menu is absolutely delightful
• I went to Kipferl (Islington) with and Austrian friend that felt very strongly about Kipferl (Islington)
• The only thing is that we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated but that is a usual thing in this area
• I just had a cafe Viennois and a some blueberry pancakes which were both very good
• This is a good place to go on a rainy sunday afternoon for a chat with a good friend and a craving for a sweet food
• A simplistic and clean austrian cafe with friendly service
• The walls are covered in light wooden panels and there are ornamental mountain goat skulls and old wooden skis on the walls which gives the place a very lovely classic look
• The service is great and the waiters are helpful in guiding you with the menu which is filled with classic Austrian cakes
• Their cakes are true to their traditional recipes and they taste great
• Their coffee is also really good and can be served with delicious home made whipped cream
• Sat by the terrace soaking in the sun with our french toast drenched in maple syrup
• I prefer coming here than joining the masses queuing for the Breakfast Club My French toast came with a tiny side of apple compote
• I had the Apple strudel and sachertorte with camomile tea
• The service was very slow when I went considering that it wasn't even busy
• The light mains are authentic and reasonably priced
• 5 pounds you can get a lovely soup with sausage and bread
• The sachertorte is my favourite item on the menu
• This classic Austrian cake is hard to find anywhere else and is executed to perfection at Kipferl
