• Dont miss this restaurant if you are around Putney
• Aubergines are also super
• Its is so nice to see a real indian restaurant with original indian food and not localized
• Had Kashmiri food after ages and it was so nostalgic
• Their desserts are unique too the pan ice cream with rose flavor was really nice
• One of the best places for north Indian food
• I thought of Kashmir (Putney) as a decent Indian curry house like just another Indian restaurant but it definitely surprised us with a high end quality meal with wonderful presentation done on our starters
• Turned out be a high end quality restaurant with great service
• Each time the food is consistent with such alert friendly service
• Having visited the indian triangle and dined in the metro it was great to enjoy the same curry after a long time
• Each one is highlighted with a small red maple (or possibly chinar) leaf on the menu
• Tasty and moist but I was quite disappointed with the galouti kebab as they were over spiced
• The mains we had the chicken roganjosh which was very spicy but extremely flavourful
• We also tried the kashmiri specialty rista which is lamb mice balls in red gravy
• The mains were accompanied by garlic naans which were very soft and fluffy
• Overall it was a good experience as they get a big copper pot in the beginning to was your hands as a kashmiri tradition
• I found this was a nice touch and the decor is suitable for a kashmiri restaurant and makes the time one spends there quite pleasant
• I would say is quite average
• Have been visiting Kashmir (Putney) for so many months and each time the food is so consistent and flavourful
• Absolutely love Kashmir (Putney) with such welcoming staff
• The Rista in particular is highly recommended
• Staff were attentive and the ambience is very pleasant
