The Grill Corner (Upton Park)

• The people that have liked The Grill Corner (Upton Park) and given it good comments are probably staff or friends/family but from what I saw
• I came here with my MUM after shopping on Green Street and wanted something simple
• I ordered a Burger with chips and lamb chops
• I was impressed with how quick the food came out
• The burger was nice and simple
• Pretty sure it was a frozen patty and not made fresh
• The portion size with the chips was generous The lamb chops were marinated with some nice flavours but were on the thin side
• The Grill Corner (Upton Park) is great as the lambs cost under a fiver and so did the burger and chips
• The Grill Corner (Upton Park) is ideal for families
• The ambience is very okay and the staff are nice and friendly
• This is the best restaurant out of all the other ones at Green Street
• The Grill Corner (Upton Park) is not worth it especially with so many fantastic grill and steak places out there
• The guy who took our order looked like he was just asked to do this job last minute
• The chicken was not seasoned at all and they provided us with a salad that generally goes with biryani and curries
• The salmon was fully burned from the bottom and the vegetables were from an Iceland frozen packet
• When we were leaving another waiter came around and said he will charge us an extra pound as our order was below £
• If you are desperate in that area even then there are other smaller places that serve good quality tasteful food
• I've been to this restaurant twice now the first time I've been with my husband and we friend out a full on Asian meal with curry
• The biryani portion was very small and the mojito was actually juice
• The second time I've been there was abit better we have curry
• The same happened but the half chicken and mash was reali nice there for I would rate that day a 3
• Thought it's obvious they have tried to fit as many tables and chairs in one space as is humanly possible
• You can see the cooks making it in the kitchen which is a fun experience to an extent
• To be fair the steak was just dry and hard to cut and chew
• After eating and when it was time to pay they let us know they need cash
• Also the food was not taste good
• Qeema naan was without any qeema
