The bars upstairs are a lot of fun too
-
We where there last Saturday and the place was buzzing with a DJ upstairs providing music for the restaurant
-
The environment is clean and elegant with a lovely atmosphere
-
Cool music was thumping in the background
-
You can tell this is a very child friendly restaurant
-
You get the feeling that Goat is a favourite local's haunt
-
Sharp and is the perfect pairing with a fish main course
-
The service was friendly and very quick
-
The first main we ordered was crab and chilli linguine
-
Was lemony with the right amount of heat and very tasty
-
The second main dish we went for was the monkfish and risotto
-
Given the main and side was of decent portions
-
Though there was no wow factor
-
Matter of fact our french waitress was very warm welcoming and attentive throughout she kept an eye on us
-
Total bill 56gbp which was reasonable comsidering the area
-
The restaurant seem to have pet friendly policy which is good if you have pets
-
Goat restaurant is a restaurant located in the Chelsea area and it has an Italian/American cuisine
-
I went there to have a dinner with a friends and ti have a few drinks
-
Would recommend to try the Pepperoni and Mozarella Pizza and the salad with Tuscan Bread
-
Baby Octopus with sweat and sour taste
-
Great venue with kind and positive service
-
Steak and Mac n cheese and walked out with a grin on my face
-
Not because the waitress was exceptionally good looking
-
As your temperature scale is very different to that of Switzerland
-
Where medium is considered overcooked) she replied with "
-
Want to kick off the weekend with this truffle macaroni &
-
It also means that the surrounding area is quiet and cosy
-
The inside is lovely nothing too over the top
-
They have a proper wood fired oven with logs of wood lining the walls
-
I thought the ribbon of cucumber in our water was a nice touch
-
The macaroni was very good too
-
The fries were great and were sprinkled with a bit of paprika
-
Our waitress told us the cheesecake was hands down her favourite
-
Not quite up there with the one at La Petite Maison or at Cecconi's
-
You get 50% off on Wednesdays with a proof of address shame we don't live in SWanything
-
The place is very cosy and the atmosphere is very warm with super friendly waiters
-
The menu is vast enough with quite few starters
-
I ordered the monk fish which came with a super delicious asparagus risotto which tasted better than the fish
-
The meat was so juicy and very yammy with really nice paprika fries
-
Dessert we ordered sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and pecan pie
-
I ordered the Bufala Campana pizza with a tomato and basil reduction (£
-
The rosemary mash was a little disappointing as I found it surprisingly bland
-
The brownie itself not making the best impression
-
The restaurant itself is set across different levels and it is not hard to imagine this being the perfect venue for work functions
-
The service was exceptional
-
Our waiter was very kind and helped with deciding exactly what to order
-
Even the host popped by occasionally to check up on how our meal was and recommended desserts
-
I ordered the wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil
-
The rice was cooked to perfection and far from soggy with generous portions of wild mushrooms delicately dispersed throughout the dish
-
I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to going back
-
In a City obsessed with hidden gems
-
Reaffirming why the speakeasy is such a popular first date choice
-
There are plenty of conversation pieces around to help with general ice breaking
-
S about time that Chelsea caught up with some of the Hackney staples (vintages touches and tattooed staff)
-
Re still in the Royal Borough is the well heeled crowd
-
The artist George Morland had to pay his bar bill here with a painting
-
Tread carefully with Death in the Afternoon (champagne
-
This is New York diner fare with a gourmet flourish &ndash
-
Fries here are made from polenta and drizzled in truffle oil and are delicious
-
The burgers are a safe bet
-
The best thing we had was the &lsquo
-
Start the night with dinner downstairs (or outside if it&rsquo
-
S still warm) and then head here for a more intimate drink if things are going well
-
S perfect for a cosy winter date with extra cachet
-
Do clash a bit with the trendy
-
Potent cocktails in a brooding environment will leave you repenting for another day and it is absolutely worth it
-
The staff are friendly and helpful and the mounted rams head and a painting of a drinking goat fits perfectly with the restaurants trendy aesthetic
-
The carpaccio was tender and the burrata smooth and creamy
-
The steak even attracted some jealousy from passers by who were leaving the bar upstairs
-
Unfortunately I didn't take photos as I was far too busy enjoying myself however I have been told the pizzas are fantastic too so I'll have to go back soon
-
The interior and exterior of GOAT are quite contrasting and really add intrigued to the venue
-
Inside the restaurant there is a New York style pizzeria feel with touches of metal
-
GOAT DRINK has a really old world feel with thick drapes at the windows
-
When these arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see they were ultra thin and had next to no cheese on them
-
The toppings were really fresh and worked very well together
-
The star of the show was definitely Alex&rsquo
-
Sweet and yet completely savoury flavour that was really unique
-
Ve never tried anything like it before and was really taken by its complex flavour
-
The Fulham road is awash with very shi shi restaurants
-
Burrata and rocket with a basil reduction
-
8) especially as the latter was served with wasabi mousse
-
Delicate floral notes and a crisp acidity with a beautiful dry finish
-
Just cutting into it with my knife I knew I was in a for a very good mouthful
-
An appropriately thin and quite delicious base (I tried in vain to get the recipe) was topped with generous slices of San Daniele
-
Together it was just superb
-
No heat whatsoever which was a tad disappointing but flavoursome none the less
-
The service was extremely pleasant
-
The seating outside spacious and comfortable and so Goat is a place I would come back to in a heart beat
-
S most delicious burgers which is topped with pancetta
-
The pizzas are an excellent choice
-
Are wood fried and prepared with the simplest and freshest of ingredients
-
A favourite is the pizza with bresaola
-
The smoking gun is the extensive cocktail list with cocktails rivalling London&rsquo
-
A must order is the Earl Grey Martini
-
As it stands now was refurbished a few years ago and has become a neighborhood favorite
-
Ve eaten there several times before and my favorite thing on the menu for a light bite is the black quinoa salad
-
The portion size is actually quite decent for the starter
-
Means I usually pair it with something less healthy
-
Upstairs bar and secret speakeasy in the back with great cocktails and creative bartenders
-
Truffle pizza and quinoa salad are my classic choices
-
You HAVE to have the polenta fries with truffle mayonnaise probably my favourite item on the menu
-
My pizza was very tasty not the best pizza in London
-
I ordered rib eye steak tagliata with rocket and pecorino
-
I ordered witchy toffee pudding which was served warm
-
I decided to go for the wild mushroom risotto with truffle oil as main and macaroni and cheese as side after reading reviews
-
A unique style of Italian cuisine is was you get at Goat
-
Located on one of the best streets for eating out in Chelsea
-
As the cheese was creamy and delicate
-
Mooli and tamari was also great
-
While the mix of complimentary flavors was delightful
-
She was very satisfied with her choice
-
We just had to try sticky toffee pudding with vanilla gelato
