I'm the only one in here which is ringing some alarm bells
Normally I'm a fan of venues with very small menus as it generally means whatever on there has been perfected and made with fresh ingredients
The soy egg looks promising with a dark yellow colour reached from soaking overnight I assume
The inside is still fridge temperature cold in the bowl
The winning element in the dish is meat itself thankfully
The pork belly is wonderful and I think there is another cut of pulled pork in there too
