Buon Appetito (Hackney)

• Buon Appetito (Hackney) is within the rather charming 'Victoria Park Village' which is just the other side (to me) of Victoria Park
• The Lauriston is a great pub
• Portions are big and will fill you up and you won't mind eating it it is tasty enough
• I had a filling portion of pasta with Italian sausage the sausage was a little overpowering and a bit grainy
• We came here for my bday diner with a table booked at 8pm just to be welcomed by the waitress with a "
• No sorry we are closed"
• Restaurant is full but you are closing
• Sorry focaccia is finished"
• No sorry pizzas are finished too"
• We tried to quickly swallow our meals just to get the hell out of that place just to realize at the end they were taking the piss
• When asked to remove the service charge they calculated a gross amount which was still more then how much we should have paid without the service charge
• The food is nothing special and the atmosphere is something I wouldn't wish you to try
