Bill's (Covent Garden)

• Managed to get a table outside it was a sunny day and soon it got very busy
• The portions were generous and the food delicious
• The creamy eggs and sauteed mushrooms were just mind blowing
• We finished it with a carrot cake great again
• The concept of ​​Bill's is to mix a store selling fresh produce with a 'cafe' serving British and Mediterranean dishes in a simple but really pleasant atmosphere
• The ingredients are of an high quality an the food is fresh and generous
• Unlike many canteens is also nice to come here just for a coffee and a cake
• If you're lucky like i was you wont have to wait too long
• Their tea time menu was a good mix from lamingtons to eton mess to your scones and marmalade
• My choice was clear and i went for the vegetarian breakfast with something known and "
• Their portions were enough for 1 i must say
• The mushrooms were sauteed to perfection and their huge brown toasts had their respective spreads of hummus and guacamole
• There were 2 poached eggs which were a bit runny in the beginning but solidified a few mins into the breakfast
• I love the sweet chili sauce that is drizzled all over it
• Cost around 25 pounds with 1 juice each(regular)
• This restaurant looks like a sleepy cafe with only a handful of tables
• The menu is eclectic with dishes to suit every taste
• The mini Cumberland Sausage Nibbles were a great choice and led straight into the main affair of Moules and Frites for me and a Halloumi
• First impression was that it's in a really attractive setting
• Considering the place was nearly full
• Unfortunately when we were there the air con had broken but our waitress kindly apologised for the inconvenience
• All girls' days out should begin with Brunch and so we begin at Bill's in Covent Garden for some nourishment to set us up for a day of shopping
• Today though we are ladies in need of sustenance
• The queues were snaking up the stairs
• We start off with some excellent coffees while we peruse the menu
• Buttermilk pancakes with Strawberries &
• All of which are met without a bat of an eyelid and all delivered with a smile Eggs Royale for her &
• Lovely atmosphere with homemade jams/chutneys everywhere
• They made a few mistakes with other customers orders near by too
• When I got the scones they were delicious &
• The homemade strawberry was perfection
• Food but disappointed with the service
• S in Covent Garden and said that my friend S (who came to this with me) had made a reservation
• Are you sure it is this branch&rdquo
• Luckily it is only a short walk
• Pan fried cod with smoked bacon
• The fresh tomato salad was a contrast to the creamy sauce
• All in all it was just what I wanted to be
• Until I saw a plate of cinnamon doughnuts with strawberries and chocolate dipping sauce go by
• My only complaint was they were a bit stingy on the strawberries
• Then perhaps that was our fault for ordering something out of season
• Or go for a proper catch up with an old friend
• It is the sort of restaurant that is useful to have up your sleeve
• Bill's was the dining destination of the day and I was meeting the very lovely Rebecca who is responsible for the PR for St Martin's Courtyard
• I chose marinated chicken skewers with cous cous and pitta bread
• M so excited to tell you about my experience with Bill&rsquo
• S is not only in a fabulous location but it also has a fun atmosphere with great food
• While I met with Rebecca from Sister PR to learn more about this great area
• I understood why there was a raspberry floating in my fizz
• S just loaded with sunshine and warmth
• The pastries are fruit flapjack
• The final tier features fruit scones with cream and jam
• Rebecca and I were careful to split each selection so we both could share and enjoy the wonderful flavors
• S Restaurant Covent Garden is a beautiful spot to enjoy
• The glassed walls look into a two floored dining area which is decked out with beautiful chandeliers
• On these tables are topped off with more candles in in old jam jars and aged oatmeal cans holding the cutlery
• As they are all stacked with homemade produce from the floor to the ceiling
• S prides itself on the local produce that it serves to the extent that it is displayed abundantly all over the restaurant
• Significant additions such as blackboards scribbled with the day&rsquo
• All of which are freshly prepared
• The menu here is adventurous offering a mix of its own dishes as well as its own take on some traditional classics
• They also have sharing boards which are ideal to nibble on and come with a collection of olives
• All these dishes are exciting to read about on the menu
• Well thought out in the portions and cooked with fresh ingredients
• It is the award winning breakfasts and the brunch menu which is most popular and the restaurant is always bustling at this time
• The menu for this time of day is quite traditional
• The drinks are also decadent
• The hot chocolate is topped off with a gigantic whip of cream and chocolate sprinkles and the delicious smoothies are dairy free
• Drinks are much more reasonable with hot drinks milkshakes and smoothies costing about £
• T sky high then it is still worth visiting Bill&rsquo
• S have no problem with diners taking up tables just for a coffee
• S is a restaurant where you can buy fresh supplies to take home with you after your meal
• As this is also one of a very few places in the area that is ideal for a hearty Breakfast
• The breakfast was good though wouldn't say it was amazing value
• Friendly restaurant with excellent service and a quick reaction time to orders
• 10 20 per person which is very reasonable
• This is one food chain that provides the best possible English and Mediterranean food in the city
• This particular branch is located very conveniently for tourists and perhaps
• One of the best among the ones situated in the area
• The food here is absolutely delightful and definitely worth checking out
• The service is impeccable as well

• A two floored dining area decked with beautiful chandeliers and has a very exquisite appeal to it

• Bill's (Covent Garden) is a hidden gem at the end of the street in a very small plaza
• Everything about Bill's (Covent Garden) was par excellence the food
• My extra hot latte was warm at best
• They day we visited Bill's (Covent Garden) was no other atmosphere but none of us were rushed
• The service is very great in Bill's (Covent Garden)
• According to me that is the only reason that I always have to stand in big queue to get the table
• Food was good and again the best part was service
• Music was also good and it was at appropriate volume too
• I came to this restaurant a couple of weeks ago with three of my friends
• All of us unanimously agreed that the service was extremely poor
• Our waitress took our order very casually and with an air of complete indifference
• Bill's (Covent Garden) is quite a gem and a good find
• The decor has an old world charm to it with a very rustic yet comfortable homely feel
• I must say the portions here are big and leave one very full
• We split a mezze platter the dips were delicious and the bread was toasted to perfection
• The ambiance and setting are very quirky and inviting
• I am definitely in love with the decor and ambiance but just a little disappointed by the service because it was just a little slow
• I came here for the breakfast and was stunned to see how beautifully Bill's (Covent Garden) was decorated
• It was not very special but it was not bad either
• They really should work in their juices because according to me they were not at all fresh
• The only relief being that the desserts are quite nice
• The interiors are inviting and colourful
• The drinks are perfectly blended
• I do not like coffee much but I had it here and it was okay in my context
• The staff and their service was excellent and they were very efficient
• It is a nice place decorated with some of their own products
• You can shop while you are having your meal and I exactly did that when I purchased a few bottles of jams
• We had a brunch and the food was absolutely delicious
• The menu was quite extensive and the prices are also fairly reasonable
• The service was also unbelievably quick

• The service was efficient and the staff was quite polite and wasn't in any hurry to clear the table after we were done
• The one important thing to keep in mind before going to Bill's (Covent Garden) is to book beforehand which we had done because when we entered there was a long queue outside
• We went to Bill's (Covent Garden) with two children but were disappointed with the horrific service
• The staff was not that attentive to children's need and the food was also just fine and not out of the world
• We noticed there was a group of 4 men next to us who had to leave because they did not receive any service
• This is a lovely place to hang out with friends with a warm and friendly environment

• The service is quite friendly and the staff is pretty awesome as well
• I had ordered the English Lamb Rump which was fairly pink which wasn't something that I had ever tried but tasted awesome and it's sides of new potatoes and salad were equally good
• The ambience is lovely and quite beautiful with the candles on tables

• Bill's Brownie Milkshake is a personal favourite along with their halumi sticks and garlic mayonnaise
• Oddly the apple juice was also a bit of a disappointment as it was served at room temperature
• This was all forgotten with the usual excellent service and care from their staff
• No one knew about the fact that there were no fries and they were expecting us to eat sweet potatoes fires instead
• Finally we were soooo looking forward to out cheesecake
• Bill's won't disappoint you if selected for your breakfast and if you are around Covent Garden Westend London
• Stack of pancakes and the orange juice were our favourite

• All in all it was a great breakfast in gorgeous Covent Garden
