Best Mangal (King's Cross)

• My answer to you is that they would blast Tarkan Şımarık (national Turkish delight haha) when you sip on a glass of ayran (salty yogurt)
• The portions is very generous and definitely taste just as good as the food I had in Izmir
• We had hummus with pita for meze (appetizer) and what's better to end a big lunch than a cup of Turkish ç
• The draft beer was actually Draft Efes
• On every occasion the staff were dismissive to our complaints
• Their argument often consisted of saying it hadn't been 2 hours but 1 and a half (as if that was much better)
• They also said that the fish my friend had ordered was the thing that had taken two hours to cook
• The aubergine my friend had was swimming in oil (and actually made her quite ill)
• It was of course ruined by how unbelievably angry we all were at being persistently lied to with no real apology
• Bear in mind that this is also a take away so no food should have taken two hours to prepare
• When it did come we were missing sides
• Knowing how angry he was he asked they not do anything of the sort
