Bab-E-Khybar (Hounslow)

• If there is authentic Afghan food outside Afghanistan is should be here
• The ambience is quite lovely and like most other restaurants in this area
• Considering that this is a restaurant serving Afghan cuisine
• I was quite surprised to see that there were only 4 5 Afghan cuisine dishes
• Both of the curries were delicious with the Naan bread (did I mention that these naan breads are HUGE
• The Kabuli Pilau was slighly disappointing in comparison to the other dishes that we ordered
• I would have rated this restaurant higher if we hadnt been charged extra for the salad that was placed on our table which we had not ordered
• This Afghan restaurant is an absolute must visit if you happen to visit Hounslow
• The Lamb Chops are heavenly and the Murg Kadai was quite spicy
• Their Chipli Kababs are quite famous and is possibly their most accomplished dish
• Karahi Gosht was quite nice too but the meat was a little hard to chew on
• It was the first floor of this restaurant and it was dirty sticky long time not washed floor
• Dirty chairs with broken leather and wall paper on the tables instead of tablecloths
• Everything else was more than horrible
