Food is ok but service is just awful
-
A great place if you have time to spare and with people who like to chat
-
Some of the best food I've had in London in this price range
-
All of our group were very very happy with food Staff were friendly and helpful and as we had taken own wine /beer they brought glasses and water without us having to ask
-
Great atmosphere added to by two large family groups celebrating birthdays with singing and dancing in there local dialects
-
The chicken was too lemony for me and the lamb kebabs a bit too salty
-
I've driven past Ariana many times and was with a friend when we decided to pop in for a late dinner as a last minute choice
-
Visiting at around 10pm ment it was rather quiet
-
Despite the restaurant being near empty a rather loud dinner decided to sit to the table behind me and do his best to share the story of his day with the whole restaurant
-
The whilst the lamb was well cooked
-
The mixed appetizer platter was quiet good (except for that Most o Khiar item
-
The lamb shanks was just overcooked and dry and bland
-
The lamb chops were just so so okay
-
Maybe being from the Middle East my expectations were too high from a Persian/Afghan cuisine type restaurant
-
The points here are just based on their appetizers only
-
Ariana Restaurant (Mile End)s serves Iranian and Afghan dishes and the quality of the dishes are amazing and same goes for the staff
-
The portions are also quite filling here
-
Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) has a great variety of dishes on offer and it is definitely a value for money deal
-
This restaurant is a great option
-
In my opinion Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) has one of the best places to try Iranian and Afghani cuisine
-
The food they serve is incredible in taste
-
The staff too is pretty caring and skilled
-
Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) might get a little busy on weekends but otherwise is a really good place
-
The service is top notch and the ambience is quite good
-
Cor is modern and the level of hygiene maintained by the authorities is commendable
-
The quality of food is excellent and I must recommend you to try Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) if you ever have a craving for Afghan food
-
The food here was good and all the dishes we ordered were delectable
-
The hummus was a bit bland
-
The service here is not good though and we had to continuously ask the waiters to serve us
-
All that I ate was delicious and mouth watering
-
Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) is a culinary surprise
-
Been here quite some times and was not charged for the food that kids with us had once
-
It is located at a convenient place and the seating arrangement outdoor is just beautiful
-
The service at Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) is very hospitable
-
The menu offers Iranian/Afgani cuisine and the prices charged for the food is pretty reasonable
-
The place where this restaurant is situated is not the highlights
-
You will be most glad with the food and service you will recieve here
-
The prices of the dishes are really nice and economical
-
I come here regularly with friend and family
-
Their meats are marinated perfectly and they are succulent and flavourful
-
The rice served is also cooked perfectly and is really nice and fluffy
-
The salads are brilliant and fresh
-
Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) is worth a visit
-
Great Persian food is served which is well presented as well
-
The quality of food is awesome and worth each penny spent
-
The ambiance is very traditional and elegant
-
The ambiance of the place is quite good and very pleasant
-
The food is delicious and all the dishes are absolutely delectable
-
The breads are also delicious
-
The service is good and the staff is friendly and hospitable
-
Pleased as it was freezing outside yet when we came it in was nice and warm
-
Food is fresh and the best part is the bread which they make in front of you
-
Only downfall is the roast potatoes
-
The vegetarian options are limited but very well put together
-
That was the best rice I ever had in any restaurant"
-
It's really fluffy and bouncy if that ever was a way to describe rice
-
Well it's all average but to be honest the mixed grill is decent enough for the price so I'm not going to complain too much
-
First thing you notice is the beautiful decor
-
All the waiters were friendly and welcoming too
-
The meal consisted of two skewers of charcoal grilled lamb served with saffron steamed basmati rice and grilled tomato and salad
-
Also the portion was very big so you get the value for your money
-
The kebabs were disappointing
-
They cooked it perfectly the meat was soft and tender but the taste ruined it
-
Even having it with different sauces couldn't take it away
-
I thought it was quite ridiculous that they charge £
-
They added service charge to our bill when there was no one else in the restaurant
-
Baked aubergines with tomatoes and egg GBP 4.50 &ndash
-
I think the aubergines were slightly burnt rather than charcoaled
-
Good texture with little chuncky bits but lacks seasoning and the punch of garlic
-
Eat while it is warm because it gets crispy when it is cooled
-
Wheat flour stuffed with minced lamb and onions
-
Full of flavour and I was impressed by the portion size
-
Stewed finely diced lamb cooked with aubergines
-
Dry lime and served with saffron steamed basmati rice GBP 8.95 &ndash
-
Well cooked aubergine and the tangy flavour from the dried lime was marvellous
-
Spicy chilli relish with walnuts &ndash
-
I would say that this chilli sauce is on the scale of 2/5 but my European hubby rates it at 3.5/5
-
A bowlful of rice with this chilli sauce for me
-
Saffron ice cream with pistachio nuts
-
It was delicious but not if you have more than three teaspoonfuls where then the only taste that lingers in your mouth is the sweetness
-
The bread was nice and I believe it was cooked fresh in a fire oven
-
I had high expectations of Ariana Restaurant (Mile End) however the food was bland and tasteless
